Café da manhã excelente.

Ar condicionado faz muito barulho no quarto que fiquei

O hotel é ótimo, os funcionários são maravilhosos e o espaço é agradável e confortável. O café da manhã é a melhor parte! Muito bem servido.. E o restaurante tem pratos incríveis para quem decide almoçar/ jantar no hotel.

Gostei muito do atendimento dos funcionários. O garçom Jefferson é a camareira Sandra, fizeram a diferença!. Um atendimento de excelência!!

The employees were very kindly.

When we arrived, the room selected to us was not ready to enter. We had to wait until complete verifying. However, they realized that one of the courtains was damaged and they couldn't be repared at that moment. Hence, we receive a key of a different room, but the card wasn't working to open the door. We informed the recepetion of the problem. Due to this occurence, we waited more 15 minutes until the solution. In conclusion, the room could be verified previously before the starting hour of the check-int to avoid theses problems with the clients

The room was spacious and the staff pretty helpful.

The pool was pretty dirty, went to the beach instead. The AC was pretty loud even in the low setting.

Localization. Restaurant menu: the omelette was delicious. Check in process very easy. Staff is extremely friendly. The bed is quite comfortable and there are pillows of varying sizes. The bathroom is ample and very clean.
