Amazing place to be disconnected from the modern world. Each cabin has its own hot tub - this is amazing!

Lovely location, loved the peaceful surroundings, sheep etc. Nice clean Shower and bathroom.
Very small. Cramped bed just not suitable for us, being an older couple and one of us very tall. Had to climb over them to go to the bathroom. Nowhere to put anything by the side of the bed. Also not keen on sleeping in the kitchen! Would expect to have wifi available.

We loved Butterfly Lodge. Every amenity you could possibly think of had been thought about. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and excellent shower was an added bonus. We'd recommend Lily's Lodges, as it's quiet but in easy reach of Kirkwall.
We loved everything.

The location is nice, especially in good weather
The heat controls are difficult to fathom, although the cabin was warm. No contact from the owners or anyone else during our stay, apart from automated (?) messages, threatening extra charges for this, that and the other. Would encourage them to reconsider this approach - the emojis don’t help!

"Originelles, kuscheliges Tiny Haus. Schön gelegen, bewacht von Schafen, Blick aufs Wasser.
Es ist alles da, was man braucht."
