Reached out to the host James Little a few days after booking via email, left a voicemail, all to inform him I wasn't getting a response from the check in/driver and Party guy. He never responded after multiple attempts. We came a day earlier than my scheduled check-in date and the owner of the villa we rented for one day new the host we were to be in contact with and reached out to him and put me in contact. Turns out James gave me the wrong number for the check in/host guy. The day of our reservation came and we were told we booked a different villa. I explained and showed him proof of the exact villa we paid for via VRBO. He offer to put us in a bigger villa but we were only allowed to used 5 bedrooms. I explained I would prefer the villa we paid for. I was called back and told that the villa we paid for had a plumbing issue that erupted suddenly and all the bathrooms were covered in feces and he would find us other accommodations. We were basically handed over to a different villa ownerin a different area spur of the moment whose villa was a lot smaller and different. This owner was absolutely great!!! His energy, willingness to help us in any way was priceless. And later after hanging out in the bar we ran into some guys from the US and found out they were staying in the villa we initially reserved and paid for. And at that moment it made sense as to why the initial contact/host never responded to me,& the check in/driver guy lied about the plumbing,& sent us elsewhere.

Our stay was great! The rooms were nice and clean and staff was super helpful. We had a great time staying there.
There are a few negatives noted below but they did not affect our overall view of the property rating and our stay.
-The wifi does not work so good in the property. The only place we had good connection was in the main living room, not in any of the rooms. We were told by staff that it was the best they can get it.
-There are minor property upkeep things that the property management can address, such as exposed wires in some places and on certain light switches. Minor easy fixes.
-The Central living area and kitchen does not have A/C, only the rooms. This was brutal a bit as it was really hot, but we were told alot of properties are like this. Its sort of what the common folks in the DR are used to I guess. We just kept windows and sliding doors open to help keep us cooler when not in the rooms.
Despite these negatives the stay and experience was worth the money. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you James & Villa De La Fiesta team!

James the owner was available and helpful. Miguel the property manager was at hand for anything. The chef service was brilliant as he had suggestions and cooked some meals better than the restaurants! Security here was tight but polite.

Had a great experience at this location. The owner was amazing, the chef Diana was amazing and Miguel our driver really took care of my group. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very accommodating and made sure we had a great time. Definitely would recommend staying here if are looking to have a great time in Sosua. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience at this location. The owner was amazing, the chef Diana was amazing and Miguel our driver really took care of my group. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very accommodating and made sure we had a great time. Definitely would recommend staying here if are looking to have a great time in Sosua. You will not be disappointed.

Omg I swear I never been to a place so beautiful and clean like this one , amazing staff so respectful, never doubt to stay here . There were no flaws I keep speak of , the chef was amazing omgggggggg I love you Dayana she’s amazing , never misses a meal she is the Bomb , we were amazed with her food and her dope relationship with us we ended up all calling her mom after. Such a dope women inside out. Place was always clean , music was perfect everything as described. If I were to ever stay in Sousa again this would definitely be my GO TOO FOR SURE ! thanks for the stay you guys , you made my birthday trip so beautiful , Dayana even got us cake and made ballons for our birthdays that we were celebrating. Everything we needed all we had to do was ask. Like I said she never missed !

Birthday Party/ Boys Get Away
This property is the best in the area! The chef was amazing and there is nothing she can’t cook. We had a blast for all 5 days! The driver went above and beyond with every outing! Please request him if you go! You will not be disappointed! Love those guys like family!!

We added the chef services and vehicle services and both were great as well. Diana is quite the chef! Have her cook you the lobster thermidor. Our driver always made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. He was with us 24/7 and tended to all of our needs. Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back very soon! Great trip to Sosua!
We planned a group trip for six couples and were very excited to find a property large enough to accommodate us. We arrived on the Saturday before Easter so it was quite a busy time. We arranged for pick up at the airport and were greeted by very friendly drivers. Due to the holiday, our drivers were not the usual ones and were not familiar with the development, so it took a bit of time for them to locate the house within the development. Despite that delay, we were very pleased when we arrived. The house is large and lovely, with quite enough space for everyone. We were immediately greeted by the lovely Dayana, who was already busy in the kitchen preparing lunch for us!! The aroma was amazing. What a pleasant and welcoming surprise!! She was most gracious and hospitable and her food was absolutely delicious! Taking advantage of the chef service was the BEST decision we made!! We loved Dayana and enjoyed every meal she prepared. She took such good care of us the entire time, we wanted to bring her home with us! Every meal was prepared and presented to perfection. Each day, everything was thoroughly cleaned as well. The master bathroom bathtub looks like it could use some repair, but we hadn't planned to use it. We did experience a power outage on the second day and although we weren't too concerned about the air conditioning, the cooling units on one side of the house needed to be reset and were beeping all night long, resulting in a sleepless night for all. Once that was rectified, we were able to return to enjoying the trip and sleeping comfortably. We were also unable to connect to the Wi-fi consistently nor watch any television, as the cable service was not functioning. Although it was inconvenient at times, we managed to entertain ourselves and relax by the pool happily. Other than that, we all enjoyed the house, the pool, the amazing meals and the comfortable, secure surroundings. When we did venture out, the transportation service was convenient as well, as Big Will was easy to contact and his drivers were both friendly and courteous. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Great property and experience!
My friends and I had a great experience at Villa De La Fiesta. The house was well-appointed, clean, spacious and perfectly located. We also can't say enough about Diana, who cooked our meals and took care of us. She's a GREAT cook and always had a smile on her face. She was a real pleasure to have around. All in all, a really great experience.

The place was upgraded since my last stay, a new larger Smart TV was set up. New living and Pool furniture it is a lot more comfortable. It's was a very good value for the money taking into account the perfect location of the property. Villa de la Fista, the staff was great!!

Everyone from the owner of the property to topbachelor. Com to Wilmer to Wally to Miss Diana and Juan we're completely amazing. If you want to feel at home and welcome and have a piece of mine please book through topbachelor. Com and book this property .we we're a group of eight and we had the best time of our life and did not want to come home. We are already planning to go back next year 2019. Every step of the way top Bachelor May sure planning was absolutely easily and flawless .Wilmer than took over and made sure that we had a piece of mine and we had the best vacation ever. Juan and Wally where are personal bodyguards who took us all around the city to experience the Dominican culture and the beautiful Miss Diana wait on us hand and foot and made sure we were completely spoiled ..job well done to everyone. The home was clean and inviting and accommodated my group well. Very close to all activities like zip-lining ATV riding and the monkeys jungle. Please book this gem. We will see you soon

Bachelor Pad
A great house located just minutes away from everything. The house was more than accommodating for our party of 6. Overall, getting to the house and checking in was straightforward and simple. The highlight of our stay, and what really made the trip enjoyable were the staff, and more specifically the cook Dayana! Her authentic and delicious food was superb. She made every effort to make sure that we were taken care of throughout our stay. The house was cleaned everyday, which was a huge help considering that most of our nights went way into the wee hours! I highly recommend this house to any who has a large group and want to chill and have a great time.

This villa is awesome. It's private and beautiful. The chef Diana is terrific, we had breakfast and dinner every day we were there and every meal was delicious. She was helpful in so many ways, she has a great attitude and delightful personality, I can't say enough about her. The entire setup of the villa is beautiful and relaxing. It was a pleasant place to stay after doing excursions and different activities during the day. Diana and the entire staff at the villa were very helpful. I am definitely looking forward to staying at this villa again. The drive to Sosua was about 5 minutes away and the drive to Cabarete is about a 10 minute drive. The owner James Little was easy to work with and made the entire process easy. If you're looking for a villa that's private and that you and your party can enjoy yourself, this is it.

Perfect location, a short ride to Cabarete and Sosua beaches. The staff is great with 24 hour security. Our rooms were cleaned daily (the last place I stayed it was every other day). The cook did an excellent job preparing our meals and gave us quite a few options. The pool area furniture has been completed upgraded from what's in the pictures online. It was a pleasant surprise to have cushioned recliners, side tables and beach umbrellas. I've stayed a few places before finding this one and this is the best by far. I highly recommend this Villa and will definitely stay here every time I visit the Dominican Republic.

I really enjoyed my stay. The housekeeper, Diana, really took my stay to the next level. Her level of service made the experience even better. She even through a BBQ for us one day, made breakfast, lunch, and dinner also. The food was amazing. She also cleaned the rooms daily. If you stay at this property, I highly recommend you use the housekeeping service. You'll be glad you did. Also, the property owner is extremely reasonable and easy to work with. The property owner ensured our stay was like a 5 star resort. I'll be booking again soon.

At first, we had little concern from reading other reviews, But the concerns where Imederly put to rest. We arrive to all brand new furniture just recently unpacked. I must say it look much better than the photos online! (WOW) in one word (magnificent) the Wi-Fi apparently was upgraded to an industrial antenna and we were able to get WiFi from Beyond the front gate. Security and Housekeeping treated us like KINGS. THE FOOD WAS GREAT, we had a group of 6 and always had enough to eat (even when other come to visit) wink, wink..
Sorry can't tell you about the TVs , was having tooooo much fun at our pool parties every night. I see they are building a 16 person HOT tub and a pond in front of the Villa, from the plans it looking great, we have already booked June 2018

Great Getaway Villa
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa de la Fiesta in the Dominican Republic. Wonderful new furnishings, attentive maid service, large, sparkling blue pool, wide food selection, WIFI, multiple HDTVs, very secure with 24/7 guard service. Very convenient to the beach, too. Sosua has exciting nightlife. Very relaxing as well. I would recommend this to anyone. Well worth it.

Greatest vacation ever
The villa was spectacular and the food was great. The peaceful nature of the villa made sitting by the pool and reflecting very enjoyable.
What else was excellent? The food! We loved Diane's lunch & dinners of local seafood (conch, lobster, grouper, snapper, etc...) cooked in a variety of island styles.
We appreciated the all-inclusive nature of the villa, especially as we were off-season. The taxi with Ms. Lloyd was waiting for us, with an island hospitality that came through with everyone we met.

The crew getaway 8/2017
The property over all is very nice. It needs some attention and minor updates and touch ups. The place does not have central AC. AC are only in the bedrooms. When you come out the bedrooms you're in the heat. Takes away from hanging with crew in the day time unless you sweat it out. There was only one (1) fan for down stairs. Some new furniture, painting inside and out. Just basic attention from ware and tear. TV's are needed in the down stairs bedrooms. TV's that are in the bedrooms needs to be up graded size wise. The wifi signal strength needs work. When you go upstairs into the rooms and close door signal is weak, or if you go out by pool area signal is weak. The pool is beautiful very deep. The hot tub couldn't get the jets to stay on longer than two minutes at a time or get the water heating on to warm up water at night. About the staff, starting with security they were great all three shifts, made you feel welcome and safe. The cleaning person wasn't very friendly Very to herself. The chef Dayana, I can't begin to put into words how outstanding she is/was. Very fun, very out going very professional her cooking skills was just great. She's very flexible with times and changes you may make to menu. I can't say enough about her. I and the group that went all have the same feeling. We would return solely because of how she treats you the guest.
