Peaceful lovely location

Limited view from our particular patio but still lovely gardens

The bed was great. Clean and comfortable.

The food was underwhelming. Chips ordered were soggy and under-cooked.

I stayed in villa 4 which I think was the largest of the four on site. Good size bedroom and large bathroom with huge bath tub. Shower was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. Great to have opening windows. Good heating. Good window coverings and being the last unit the privacy was good.

Unmade road to the winery which was unexpected and the road to the actual property is in desperate need of attention. Extremely thin walls. Could hear conversations in the villa next door and the bathroom plumbing when used. Very loud when the winery was in action but all was very quiet upon return later that evening. No lighting at all from the carpark so had to use my phone to see the steps and the path to the room.

I absolutely loved the location and view from the villa. It was tidy and clean. The staff were very friendly and we felt it was very homely.

that it was away from the town

in our room we didn’t get much of a view. the split air conditioner didn’t work as well as the fan in the bathroom. For what we pay it wasn’t as good as what you see on website. Our suite could also do with a new door as it way out of align.

Pretty pricey for what you get. $470 for one night for a small room with outdated decor. Pillows were uncomfortable and the bedding smelt like it had been wet for too long. Lovely bath with great views though, although it's just a bath and not a spa. We arrived at 3pm on a Saturday, staff were lovely and friendly. We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner (closed at 5pm) so we had to drive into town for dinner. Kinda defeated the purpose of having a secluded night away with great views.

It is very clean

We got there at 3pm restaurant wasn't open. Road is really bad unless you have like a 4wheel drive.so had to go down to rosebud for dinner and breakfast. So you cant actually enjoy the view of the place at all. So if you have plans of going there and enjoying your day at the estate it's a wrong choice. Not worth the money, better off visiting the winery during lunch hours.
