Clean, modern, spacious room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. A small but nicely equipped fitness centre.

The room was next to the highway and you can hear the traffic for most of the night. Not good sound proofing.

Rooms are amazing and spacious with a big and comfortable bed, they are perfectly clean and foreseen with anything you need. Gym, sauna and swimming pool are super nice and clean. Really enjoyed the spa. Staff is really friendly and helpful. It is super close to the airport and there is a shuttle available every 30 mins. The breakfast was incredible with so many (vegetarian) options! Good room service too. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Front desk staff not very welcoming.

Hotel was well located to access the airport which worked for us. Great bar and restaurant with a good menu and lots of options. There was a buffet breakfast and a omelet station. Service was excellent and fast. There is a outside deck great for sunset drinks near the bar. There are airline check-in consoles in the hotel that provide advance luggage check. This allows you to by-pass some queues at the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from airport that runs every 30 minutes.

Bit far from town centre but stuff is spread out and Quito is a big and sprawling city so no big issue to get around. Just factor in some time and consult Google Maps for driving time estimates. Get taxis which are reasonable and reliable. The hotel has their own taxis available to book.

The staff was wonderful, Gabrielle the office manager and the receptionist that helped me especially was exceptionally helpful. Steam room, Sauna, 24 hour 30 minute shuttle to airport

Easy access for the airport

We arranged for pick up from the airport. We were told someone would be there to meet us and they would have a sign with our name. No one was there. We had to find a representative and it then took 45 minutes for us to be picked up
