La dame qui s’occupe des sandwiches à l’entrée qui est la seule à parler anglais mais malheureusement elle ne peux pas relever le niveau de tout l’hôtel. La dame de ménage qui réagit vite.

• Plein d’insectes dans la chambre • Draps tachés mais changés directement après avoir fait la demande. • Matelas dur comme du bois. J’ai eu un mal de dos insupportable. • J’avais une chambre familiale et il y avait le salon fumoir juste devant la porte. La porte qui n’est pas hermétique donc j’avais toutes les odeurs en journée et dans la nuit. • Le petit déjeuner … 2 œufs au plats qu’on mange dans le haut de l’hôtel. Sans boisson • Restaurant et spa fermé • Lorsque j’ai voulu louer un scooter c’était ou un scooter avec un seul rétroviseur ou rien. J’ai du me débrouiller avec un autre hôtel. Là réceptionniste ne comprenait rien même avec le traducteur. • La réceptionniste du matin c’est une catastrophe.

Розетки далеко от кровати, все старое и разваливается, никто не ремонтирует. Кондиционер не регулируется. Застрял в лифте еще в придачу, минут 20 долбился , потом они его перезагрузили и он поехал

towels had stains on them bed was extremely hard, not comfortable at all the fridge was noisy Wi-Fi kept dropping in my room, couldn’t connect had ants in my room I asked receptionist if there were any other rooms to be told no other rooms, went onto booking.com to find there were 3 other room options available so completely lied to me

I've had a wonderful stay here. It's a great central location, inexpensive, the staff is lovely, and the room is nice. I suppose there are a few things that aren't perfect, but I feel like that's to be expected when getting such a good price.

I liked nothing,

Internet so poor and breakfast only one bread and omelette. When I asked water and coffee they refused.

We could use the swimming pool because on that days they were fixing something.

The location was good, the staff was kind, room is big and so the bathroom. Well equipped. Calm location with possibility of darkness into the room. Elevator in the building.

The plug near the bed was not working, impossible to put my charger inside and also same for the plug of the light on the night table. The bed was a bit hard for the back in my opinion! Location of scooter was a bit expensive compared to what I got later.

The size of the room was ok, the staff generally pleasant and do try to help.

The bed was hard, the water in the bathroom didn't drain well and the Wifi reception was poor.

Good size room. A/C, fan, fridge, location not too far from airport. Staff were friendly

No complimentary water. Wifi was terrible could not use it. Loud music till around 10pm from beer garden nearby. The most uncomfortable bed I have had the misfortune to try sleep on. It was like a rock, I had to fold up the duvet from both beds to try get comfortable. If you like a solid hard bed this is the place for you otherwise for the price it's fine for 1 night only unfortunately

Location was ok

As soon as we got there it was apparent that the WiFi wasn't working. Ann hour later it was obvious that the Aircon wasn't working. We had booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1

hotel is asking for add 5% for card payments which is not advertised on booking.com and on top of the statement ‘17% taxes and other expenses’. when I shared my disagreement with hotel management, been threaded to call the police which was very….. and unfortunately booking.com customer service did not take care of this point even I have raised couple of times during my stay. after couple of days just received an email stating that it may happen based on hotel’s internal policy!! should not it be covered ‘17% taxes and other expenses’ OR mentioned separately to highlight!!??? to make it short… reconsider if you are willing to book a room from this hotel…
