קוסטס חיכה לנו וביצע איתנו צק אין, הוא עבר איתנו על כל דבר בבית והסביר, היה קשוב לכל בקשה שלנו והביא לנו את הדברים שהיו חסרים לנו למשך השהייה, המליץ לנו על מסעדות מקומיות והשאיר סלסלת פירות ומים. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת, בעלת שלושה חדרים גדולים עם המון מקום לאכסון פינת האוכל נוחה ונעימה, הסלון מרווח והספות נוחות מאוד. יש מספיק ציוד מטבח למשפחה הנוף מהמרפסת מהמם, הים נמצא בדיוק מהיציאה מהביניין. הדירה קרובה לסופר גדול ונמצאת במיקום שקט מאוד הליכה של מספר דקות ומגיעים לטיילת ולעיר אשר בהן אפשר למצוא הרבה מסעדות ובתי קפה

הדירה זקוקה לתחזוקה ביום הראשון הבת שלי בת ה16 נתקעה בשירותים וקוסטס דאג להביא במהירות איש מקצוע ששחרר אותה, למחרת הוחלף המנעול התקול במקלחת אין מחזיק לידית המים מלמעלה בשני חדרי שינה אין חלון החוצה, יש חלון הפונה לתוך הדירה בזמן השהייה שלנו הייתה תקלה עם המעלית והיא לא עצרה בקומה של הדירה, זה יכול להוות בעיה לאנשים שמתקשים

the apartment was amazing - spacious and well equipped. The balcony is fantastic - looking out onto the sea and the balcony is huge. The host was amazing - so welcoming and knowledgeable and gave us recommendations of places to eat during our stay.

Location and view are amazing. Host is very friendly and easy to contact. Fully functional holiday flat that you can stay is for a long time.

In every room the wardrobe hangers was low for dresses !

Superb view on the mediterranean sea from the balcony. Just 20 m to the water. Very well equipped apartment, friendly and helpful host. Very spacious for a family.

Only minor things that could perhaps be improved around the kitchen equipment. Strong gusts of wind from the rear balcony and window take a bit of getting used to.

Very big apartament, suitable for big families, all the amenities, close to the tavernas, amazing sea view. Thank you, Kostas, for your availability and your hospitality!

Fantastic appartement at the end of the boulevard of Ierapetra. There are dozens of shops and restaurants nearby the appartement. A big supermarket at a five minute walk. The host was very friendly and helpful. The best feature is the spacious balcony watching over the sea and the town. It is fairly cool and has great combination of sunshine and shade all day through.

The beds are a bit rickety and hard. Like in most bathrooms in Greece you have to hold the showerhead in your hand. It's probably a good thing, cause you don't spent too long in the shower.
