I was blown away with this condo. We were in town for a long weekend and could not have been happier with our stay! The condo is HUGE!! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers with us and still had room to spare. The living space has plenty of room to hang out, play games, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. The deck and views of the bay were spectacular. The condo is within easy walking distance of the beach and boardwalk but tucked away so you can get away from it all!

Overall, this unit was very nice, location was great being on the bayside and close to everything we wanted to do. I believe it to be a little pricey, but what isn't this day and age. I wish that check in and check out times were different. I would consider staying here at a future vacation date. Thank You.

We booked this property as a "middle ground" place for our families to meet and we couldn't be happier with the decision! It was a perfect location - private and secure on the water, within walking distance of the beach! The owner was clear in his instructions and responsive to messaging if needed. As a heads up, the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom so when that family went to bed, it was off-limits, but we made it work. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and everything went smoothly. Many thanks for sharing your space with us!

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and there was a lot of space inside the condo. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed fishing nearby and riding bike bayside and on the boardwalk.

This property was awesome. Great location, very roomy, and pretty clean. The check-in process was fairly smooth although there was some initial confusion on where to park. The 3 biggest complaints are that dirty linens, from a previous stay, were outside in bags blocking the front door for the duration of our trip (5 days, 4 nights), the bed coverings were stained and kind of gross (we brought our own linens so we just removed it and put our own so that wasn't the biggest deal), and it would have been great if there were privacy screens on the balcony. All and all it was a great stay, wonderful location, pretty clean, the kitchen had everything, the property manager was very accessible and responsive, and we would definitely stay there again.

We just had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. A couple of blocks down was a small market for odds and ends. Parking is convenient and the pool was very well kept. It’s a small pool but had nice bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The host is very responsive to texts. Overall, I’m already booked for another stay. The view from the balcony is perfect and very nice deck furniture. Thanks Larry!!!

Large nicely finished unit on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sound. Walk to the beach is more like three blocks than two, but easy. Outdoor pool is tiny and next to the parking lot. But overall a fantastic spot.

The condo was great! It is even bigger than it appears in the pictures. The view from the balcony sold us when deciding where to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is a short walk to the boardwalk, but still quiet as it is bayside. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice place to stay. We were on the fifth floor and it wasn’t bad being up there. Neighbors were a little loud and the pool is tiny but we never ended up going to the pool. Just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Not a bad walk. Overall pleased with our stay. I just wish linens and towels were included.

This was a great experience. The property manager called to check in with us both coming and going to make sure we were ok. He was so nice! The property is also just as great! Super clean and the bay view was too beautiful for words. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Great for families!

This vacation destination was perfect for the family! Our age ranges 71 to 9 yo in our group- there was plenty of fun in the building and walkable distance. The rooms were large and comfortable. The balcony offered a gorgeous view of the bay. Our balcony neighbors we’re friendly and fun to chat with. There was plenty of nature spotting- birds,dolphin, fish and rays/skates. The pool was clean and cool and never really busy. We were worried about parking- but it wasn’t a problem. The elevator made it easy to get access to the room. The walk to the boardwalk was not bad despite having to zig and zag with the posted crosswalks. We loved our stay! Thanks Larry for sharing your spot with people!
