This is a property that looks moderns and new in the pictures, but in reality it is an old house with new paints! Get ready to find "a lot" of things wrong with this property. It appears that management had not been to this property to assure it is well maintained! While the check in was easy and the host was easy to reach, she was unable to take care of the problems or anything until mid-day next day which by then I had to refuse. The pool was not cleaned and it had everything from dead lizard to dirt in it and I had to clean it myself to be able to use it. The host told me the next day around mid-day afternoon that a pool man will enter from the side which I had to refuse. My trip was with my female family/friends and we did not feel comfortable to have the pool man in backyard or have a property manager to come in the afternoon to check on pull out couch that did not function right while we were all in our swim suites.
The spa/jacuzzi did not work and the pool lights did not turn on even when I tried the panel on the wall by the pool. The master bedroom missed the entire set of the blinds and even though we tried to cover the big sliding door with sheet, it still did not help with privacy and the sun light. We found the torn blinds in the closet and it appeared no one bothered to fix the blinds. So, we decided to use the pull out bed in the living room which was hard to pull out and when we were finally able to pull out, the bed was crooked like a "down hill" angle and wobbly and we had to take the mattress out and sleep on the floor. The water drainage was very slow in the master bedroom shower and all of us had to use the other only shower. This is not a generous house when it comes to having regular coffee machine, hairdryer, pots and pans, or things like spices so plan on taking your own things!
When we expressed our concerns, the management dragged their feet, instead of taking care of it immediately. I have asked for compensation and refund and still waiting for a "decision"!
Overall, the advertisement is not at all what you actually see in real! We had a terrible time with this property and I will never go back!

I enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our group. However the kitchen is ill- equipped. There was only 1 small pot to cook with and a big stock pot but no lids. No can opener and tongs were broken. BBQ tongs were super flimsy and cheap couldn’t use them to turn over my tri tip. BBQ needs a brush for cleaning.

I enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our group. However the kitchen is ill- equipped. There was only 1 small pot to cook with and a big stock pot but no lids. No can opener and tongs were broken. Great house for visiting Palm Springs and Joshua Tree
My three college-age daughters and I stayed in the house and really liked it. It's conveniently located for visiting the Palm Springs area, as well as Joshua Tree. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub.

I consider myself an extremely picky person when it comes to cleanliness and I must say that this house exceeded my expectations. Especially during COVID, it was a relief to find that every corner of this house had been wiped down. The pictures are an accurate description of the property. The pool was also clean and it's deep enough for both kids and adults to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and there's lot of places to eat nearby. I would recommend staying here even if all you want to do is relax and hang out in a pool.

Overall the experience was good. The only issue we had was the lights in the pool and back patio did not turn on property manager was contacted she said she would come check the schedule never heard from her again, until an hour before check out reminding us about check out. Would not recommend this to a friend because of the management But house was good and comfortable..

Weekend Stay
Very clean, easy check-in process, a lot of amenities. We had a great stay. The pool was great and there are a number of lounge chairs and outdoor seating making it easy for larger groups to hang out outside.

It was important to us to have a quiet, relaxing few days by a pool in beautiful Palm Springs. We woke up the first morning to heavy equipment right on the other side of our fence, at 7 a.m. and it continued most of every day we were there. Large pieces of equipment lumbered by constantly. There is a large construction project going on, but we were not made aware of it. The property manager says they were unaware too, which is somewhat difficult to believe given the scope of it. The manager apologized by offered no solutions other than a discount the "next time" we came down.
I wondered why there were so many flies by the pool, then discovered the garbage had not been picked up (looked like quite a while), as the bins were overflowing and there were garbage bags on the ground. The house shows some wear; the chairs at the kitchen table were very wobbly, and one was broken. We felt we couldn't sit there.
The house itself was comfortable, but we really felt that it was not worth the price we paid to stay there. Very disappointed, and especially disappointed that the manager did not offer any kind of price break or credit, due to the unexpected heavy construction equipment operating feet from the rental every day of our stay. That's just not good customer service in my opinion.

July 2020 Stay
It was nice having a pool, and the house is comfortable. Unfortunately, we were subjected every morning at 7 a.m. to heavy construction right at our fence. There was very little restful time at this rental. We did not know about this prior to renting, or would not have rented this house. The company offered no reduction in price or offer to move homes. Disappointing. The chairs at the kitchen table were wobbly, and one is actually broken. The house definitely shows some wear. The garbage had not been picked up (we arrived on pickup day) and was overflowing. I wondered why there were so many flies near the pool area when we were outside. In summary, although this house is nice, it is definitely not worth the money we paid to stay here, and what we hoped would be a relaxing and quiet stay was not.
