Athina was a great host, she was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and had a perfect seaview. There was enough space for a couple. The place is so quite and peaceful. It was easy to get there by car. Many thanks for lovely gift again :)

We stayed at At Athina studios 11 wonderful days. The accommodation, scenery, quietness, beautiful location. The room is very spacious and extremely clean and cool. The terrace with a sea view is fantastic. Change of linings and towels every 3 days. Athina and her husband are amazing people, very hospitable, kind, helpful and generous. Thank you so much dear Athina and family. To enjoy this beautiful place and amazing island you definitely need a mode of transport. everything was great

Really a very nice owner, always with a smile on her face. She even gave me a necklace that she made herself and she offered us patties made from vegetables from her garden. Her husband drove us to the city so that we could rent a motorcycle.

The owners are incredibly generous and kind. The property has a wonderful view of the Aegean, receives a nice breeze and is just a stone's throw from uncrowded shore access. You will need a car--but that, if you really want to see the island, is true for any place on Samos. With the low rate (less than half of more touristy places on the island) and lower car rental rates in Karlovassi (check out Maria at Happy Car), you can get a car and a room for less than what you would pay for just a room in many other areas. The accommodations were spacious and tidy and regular room cleaning was provided along with such goodies as local sweet wine, vegetables from the garden, homemade jam, pastries, and island digestif.

If you need to walk to shopping and action, this is not your place. If you want to relax and escape it all--voila!

The hostess and her family are the nicest people, the place is very clean and everybody was friendly and ready to help! The beach was quiet and I really felt like it was a private piece of Samos specially for me! I chose it because I needed to relax and spend some time alone without to many people and I succeeded. The last day I even saw dolphins, what else does a person need!
