Location near the bus station, big and confortable bed, hot water, swimming pool, possibility to rent a bike to a friend's staff for 500rs/day, AC, wifi

Not very clean swimming pool and common space, in hindsight I think it would have been better to be in front of the sea on the main road of the main beach No late breakfast available (as I went on sunrise trip and went back around 11:00am) A bit expensive compared with other places I went in Sri Lanka for the quality of the place, could be improved

We stayed 1 night.it was an awesome experience.location is super clean and the staff was very much friendly. Food was great. The sea is in the walking distance. Calm and quite surrounding.highly recommend.

Close to restaraunts, shower was good.

Room and bathroom were very dirty. Lots of flies and mosquitos in the room, mosquito net had many holes. The entire hotel needs to be retouched, painting, fixing etc.

Decent hotel not far from Tangalle centre but out of the bustle. Near the start of the main road that goes along all the beach bars and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean with large bathrooms, good showers and nice A/C. The manager on the front desk was helpful when asking for local recommendations. The place was quite quiet, but peaceful. Good place to chill out with nice terraces and balconies available to most of the rooms. Didn't try the pool, looked a bit green but was always being cleaned so I think it was fine. Nice comfortable stay!

Lacking a little bit of character. Had to move rooms midway through the stay - I think I'd been given an upgrade but it backfired when the room was booked last minute. Not much fuss though.

In the rooms were cockroaches and the pool was dirty. Upon request, the problems were solved immediately.

Definitely good place to stay in the center of the city. I got clean, silent room (especially given the proximity of the bus station), with good working AC. The staff was very helpful with my travel plans and was overall very pleasant. There is also a pool in the yard.

Pool was clean. The hotel is directly in the city.

The room was very old. -no trash in the room -toilet paper and soap was only given to us on request -TV was just missing from the room -fridge was disgusting and a door to the cabinet of the fridge was just missing -room should dirty and needed a general paint job and some repairs

The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast good and the pool a great bonus. There is a beach close by but very rough and not safe to swim but very pretty. Swimming beaches are a tuk tuk ride or about a mile walk. The hotel is just getting started with new management so they will get the kitchen going for dinner and lunch soon. Now they go out and get what you want and you can also order food delivery. Best shower in a long time and good AC. The wifi was good for normal search and netflix.

Hard to find and wrong phone number on confirmation. I'm sure they are fixing that.

The manager was really helpful and pleasant, the room was great, it was big and clean and the shower was amazing! The A/C and fan both worked and the mosquito net was a bonus. it’s ideally situated to eat in the town and is a short walk to the beach. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka to date. Definitely book this place!

Great place to stay, amazing service- staff is genuinely friendly and super kind, incredible breakfasts, lots of restaurants nearby, close distance to the beach. Highly recommended!
