Its clean
For the top floor (4th) they dont have elevator. The elevator only until 3rd floor. So with big luggage you need to carry the bag from 3rd to 4th. And the room quite small with big luggage it will be pack.

Staff were really helpful! The place is cozy and clean, there are lot of common areas to have alone time.
Not a big deal but would be nice to have the common area on the ground floor open throughout the day

The price is good value for the stay. The social area is very beautiful.
We opened the window in our room before went out to the city. Later came back, there were LOTS of big mosquitoes in the rooms. We had to kill those mosquitoes before sleep.
