Staff are quite well equipped in English, sometimes they have night staff but if you come checkin at 3am like me please message them first

Breakfast could be better, but it was still ok

What I loved the most was Zuzu, their cute little dog. I asked the owner if I can walk him and I walked him close to the hostel several times, he was so excited. Me and other guests played with him in the reception area and he was so happy. If you get the chance, he is under the stairs, take him in the reception and play with him. He is sad all day alone under the stairs. Also if someone is in Vientiane and could bring a small leash for him would be amazing, he only has a thick one that is hurting his neck. The facility is very clean, people at the reception are really kind, they speak perfect English, smile all the time and can help you book anything: thank you Sor and Pon for all your help, it was so nice to meet you! I also got to meet Kim, her family owns the place. She is lovely, really nice and open, speaking perfect English. I was happy she shared with me some of the customs in Laos and Vietnam. Thank you for everything, I really felt like home here. So happy that I booked this place.

No complains. It was really nice. They have a rooftop terrace they are re-modeling, you can go there to see the view though. I recommend.

Amazing location, friendly staff. Room looks way better than on the pictures. The bed was really comfortable. Nice addition was the free bbq on saturday night.

There was no pressure in the shower when you took one with someone else at the same time. Temperature went either from boiling hot to ice cold. Booking tours in the hostel was also always a bit more expensive than in other places.

Nice hostel with a good breakfast. The pool is at the other hostel around the corner. Right in the center so around a lot of food option and tour operators. You can easily walk to the river. Beds are comfy and the bathrooms were clean.

The rooms are quite smqll for the amoubt beds they have. It's fine if you don't spend that much time there. It is a party hostel. It is not that noisy, but I think the average age is quite young (in comparison to some other places).

The hostel isn't fancy but they keep it really clean, it's comfortable and quiet, and the family that runs it is really nice and helpful. Great value!

They don't give you an AC remote, I had to turn it on manually. Vang Vieng is cold, but the room gets humid at night. I had a good sleep once I picked on the AC. I recommend not paying in foreign currency, they don't give you a good rate. Almost next door is another place that gives you a much better rate for you Thai baht or dollars.

Good Location, close enough to everything and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It has a respectful vibe that transmits itself onto the other people staying there. “That person” wasnt there. Large washrooms with lots of toilets and showers with good pressure and lots of hot water. It is an older building and super clean! They clean the washrooms first thing in morning so you start your day fresh! the staff are hard working, accommodating, cheerful and considerate. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Ms Kim is very kind and helpfull.
