i like the free bottles of water, coffee/tea/chocolate machine and good breakfast.

I had booked a TRIPLE room with Mountain View for 4 nights, paid THB 11,844 to be shared with two other friends because it looked very spacious and nice rooms in their website. BUT upon checking in, our triple rooms were smaller than my friend who had double bed room. We were supposed to have three sharing in the triple room but the room and bed were so small that one of my friend went to sleep with friends who had king size bed and much bigger room. This was very disappointing because the triple room was bad value for money ... will not book TRIPLE ROOM in this hotel again ..

the location was perfect for me. close to the city but just outside of the city to enjoy some rest.

there was a water issue for more then 2 days. the guy at the reception could not speak English at all and provided no effort to explain the situation. 2 days not be able to shower is absurd. and as compensation i got 200 bath. Wish i gave to the personal from the restaurant Pek and. Pong were the ones that made me stay in that hotel otherwise i would have left. Especially Pek he has such a lovely energy and vibe and is really helpful.

Location is ok.

I understand that this is unusual situation of pandemic Covid-19, but the box breakfast did not worth the price so we had only one day breakfast and skipped the rest . The staff did not care much about the patron even there were only few rooms sold, maximum 5 rooms. We did ask for late check out but received unfriendly response. The front desk team must be improved immediately, no good impression at all.

One the best hotel that I ever stayed with affordable price. - All the staff perfect, nice and helpful. Including front office, cleaner , restaurant. Thats the best Thanks to Mr.Pex for excellent hospitality in the restaurant. - Big and clean room - New Room - problem solved easily

Only location, but everything is perfect At night you need to find food by yourself
