Super comfortable stay, the hosts are amazing. They helped us with planning our visit to the park and we had almost no queues. They will organize the pro tickets for you and help with planning.

The best place to stay to visit Zhangjiajie area. Lucas is an amazing host, able to organize your visit in every detail. You can trust him fully and you will live the best experience. We loved this hotel’s atmosphere, out of the crowd and close to the West Gate which is less visited, so you will avoid most of the crowd coming from the other side. The place is just lovely. Definitely recommended ❤️❤️

The location was so amazing nestled amongst the mountains. The room itself was so spacious and beautiful. The staff were so friendly and SO helpful with all of our itinerary planning down to choosing which route to take depending on the weather (which he checked the cams for us in the morning). It was very conveniently located near the west gate. The breakfast and the dinners we got here were delicious! The little games room downstairs is a bonus too, we played table tennis and pool every night.
