Loved the downstairs area with the bar/restaurant - friendly staff and excellent food and drinks.
The rooms were stylish.

Helpful cheerful staff with comfortable bed.
A little dark in room and surround. Room is smaller than expected and too much furniture. Breakfast is not the usual Asian Buffet but rather pick a dish and a drink, pay if you want an extra drink. Close to Chow Kit market with interesting produce.

I minta for complimentary birthday deco, & my wish had been grant. Thank you for the service. Really nice staffs, right from the check-in, on breakfast & till the check out service. Of course i have the room with nice view. The breakfast selections is good too. Walkable to the next hotel, Momo & find out they were under the same management but with different concept & price range.
Don’t have bidet. Lamp switch a little bit confusing. Please make 1 switch for 1 lamp. Parking a bit far (3rd party parking)

The aesthetics of the hotel style and mood.
It could have been better if there was a
• bidet in the bathroom (for hygiene purposes)
• try multiple times, couldn’t connect my iPhone to the tv & preferably to have more channels to toggle
• to have cleaner floor as it was dusty when I first check in
• more power sockets closer to the bed for users to utilise
