Loved the location. Very central to eating places and supermarket. The unit was extremely well presented and extra clean. Loved the shower accessories. There was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pump packs on the wall. Great that there was bottles of cold water in the fridge. and a variety of teas to choose from. There was a sign on the door requesting that shoes be taken off before entering. I had no issue with this as this happens at my house anyway. I was also grateful that the air conditioner was on when we arrived. All in all highly recommended.
Not really a negative, but I could not get comfortable on the pillows. They may be comfortable to the majority of people, as they felt soft enough, but they just did not suit me.

Location was quite central, can walk to most things, yet still quiet, very clean, well equiped kitchen, queen bed in main room, double in 2nd room, 2 bathrooms, electric blankets (definitely requirement in winter!!) and heating in lounge room reached bedrooms. Perfect for our family of 2A 2C. Would stay again.
The pillows were all very high and firm. Didn’t bother me, but hubby and kids couldn’t use them and ended up going and buying some from Kmart.
Our 4WD is quite high with roof racks etc. Any higher than ours wouldn’t get under eaves of front unit to park at rear unit. Plenty of on street parking also available though.

This property was very overpriced, as it was very basic accomodation. The unit did not have enough Lounge room furniture for 4 people to sit on, nor did it have a coffee table. There were no bedside tables in the bedrooms either. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but very dated. All of the windows have vertical blinds, so you felt like you were in an office rather than a home. None of these things would matter if it was priced as budget friendly, but it was not.

A great place to stay for a few nights. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable. Quiet and convenient location.
Could do with another lounge or comfier armchair.

Perfectly positioned for access to all the attractions of Armidale and Waterfall Way. For a three night stay on a month's tour of NSW, Oasis provided all the facilities we needed to refresh and revive. Clean and well presented - a proper home from home.
For a couple of older UK tourers, a little more supplementary heating in the bedroom on cold 2 degree Armidale nights in our changing climate would have been welcomed.

Nice two bedrooms house at the rear of another house. Rather quiet. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Owner responded to phone call and SMS promptly. Great 4 lamps infra red heater in the bathrooms. Well stocked with additional towels, toilet papers if needed. Games and pens for drawings for kids. A very nice bench for desk work / laptops etc. Overall rather well equipped.
This property has a 250L hot water tank on off peak electricity supply. Shower roses are the older type, not the water saving type more commonly seen these days. It is in the middle of winter and somehow hot water supply ran out after the third person had shower. This never happened to our many previous similar stays in apartment/house with their own hotwater tanks. We were told this was the first time it ever happened to this house when reported to the owner.
For a off peak electricity supply and non water saving shower roses, a 315L hot water tank is needed according to the sizing guide here

In her SMS to me the owner suggested that it might be due to we "have obviously overused" the hot water. I couldn't agree with that suggestion. Also she reckoned this is an one off issue and hence she won't do anything about it. Therefore just beware that you might run out of hot water in winter if you have more than three persons staying.
There is a reverse cycle split air conditioner in the lounge. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned. It would be good to have a small electric heater in the bedrooms in winter. Luckily we had anticipated that this might happened and brought along a couple of small fan heaters.

The location was great, very close to everything that we needed. The property was very clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. As a young family with kids it was great as we had space and even toys that they have at the property.
The beds were comfy and even electric blankets which was great when we stayed during winter.
We will definitely stay there again.

The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and really felt like home away from home.
We loved everything about the property, but I guess one thing that may help future travellers is if there’s was something a little more distinguishable from the street to say where it was, as we arrived in the dark it was a little hard work it out from other houses.

Everything was impressive, from well stocked provisions, spacious rooms and comfortable beds, and having a 2 separate bathrooms is very handy for travelling families or couples and great local information in the folder. love to stay here again.

The host was very nice and accomodating. This facility was super clean and comfy, quite location and it has all the things you need. My son enjoyed his porta cot in this room and had a very good sleep.

A wonderful property, close to the city centre. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and with neat thoughtful touches such as board games. Would love to stay here sometime again in the future.

Amazing property, and utterly surprised at how exceptional it is. So many lovely touches throughout the property, and the furnishings are amazing. Probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in too. The location is also superb - an easy walk to all the amenities in the centre of Armidale. And - privacy and security are great too. Thank you Tracey for providing such an amazing stay - your property is truly amazing.
