I feel like I am at home :) Room is enough for two. Kitchen in balcony and well equipped. Clean and silent area. Close to the beach and restaurants

We absolutely loved the owners. We got snacks at our arrival which was especially thougtfull. The place is very clean, nice and calm. The location is also nice. We would love to come back.

I had a perfect and very comfortable stay in Nektaria studios. Very peaceful, relaxing and very cared for and clean. The fruit and drinks in the fridge, and the fresh flowers were a lovely and thoughtful touch. Maria and her family were very friendly and lovely hosts.

My stay was too short.

Lovely host, gifts, eggs, beers, water and melon. Great views from the balcony, great value for money.

From arriving mid afternoon to leaving only a couple of days later, as we were moving onto Kalymnos, Maria couldn't have been any kinder or friendlier. Although we were only there 2 nights, the fridge had fresh fruit, water and beer in which was so kind, a fresh rose in the apartment, which is spotlessly clean and the location is excellent for a 2 minute stroll to the beach or Mastichari s main, small street. A nice welcome air conditioning and WiFi also included. Certainly warm and friendly and typical Greek hospitality -thank you.

Great hospitality and very good position

The property is well situated close to the town centre with restaurants and shops and also only a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and are cleaned each day which makes for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette provides enough to make simple meals and local olive oil and salt and pepper are provided. The beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep and the air conditioning works very well. This is a family business and everyone is welcoming, helpful and friendly. This gives the whole stay a wonderful feeling and definitely makes you want to come back again.

On first appearance the bathroom is very small. But overall, the hot water in the shower and regular fresh towels make up for the tight conditions.

Everything was perfect. Late check out was offered.
