Nice new apartment with all the mod cons

The sloping roof made the apartment feel very cramped.

Location is good, apartment had everything you need. Had fan and cooling system. Coffee, sugar, lots of toilet paper Cleaning supplies

The two in one oven/microwave was tricky to use. Good to have a manual for some people. And maybe a bigger oven tray.

Clean and modern apartments with all necessary amenities. Short walking distance to city center. Quick and friendly responses to any queries.

Apartment was a little hot in the summer even with air conditioning.

The location is great next to a nearby supermarket (Rimi) and Tallin port D Terminal. The apartment was spotless and the persons with whom we were in touch nothing but helpful to all our clarifications.

The apartment was at the top floor of the building as the name suggests Rooftop. What the name does not suggest is the lack of view of the outside. All the windows are literally on the celling and if you want to see outside the only thing you could see is the sky. Another aspect which I did not like was the Air-conditioning set up. When you do the booking it is advertised that the apartment has A/C. Well it does but not the way you would expect. It has sand alone piece of equipment which provides the A/C. But this stand alone piece of equipment it is located in the corner of one room and its efficiency for the entire apartment is rather limited especially when you are in the apartment. Since we were there during mid summer festivities, during night time has been unpleasantly hot. Interestingly the apartment has its one ventilation system which should help. The point is that you do not have any control of this ventilation system in the sense that ventilation system functions according to other factors/settings linked with the entire building and not with your own comfort. As result the ventilation system will start working around 08:00 hrs in the morning and you would be sleeping and is rather noisy. The most unpleasant think is the angle of walls. As the name of property suggests Roof Top that apartment is on the top floor. However it is my opinion that the apartment has been set up in what used to be attic. Therefore the walls are so inclined that you really have to pay attention not to hit your head from the wall. Despite of being attentive I have hit the walls several times.

The apartment was awesome. Clean, light, modern. Everything you need, are there. Easy to find, no problem with parking, but it costs.

Location of the apartment was very close to the city center, easy to find based on instruction. Apartment was well equipped and had all what we would need.

The bed in the bedroom was pretty small for 2 people and had just 1 blanket - for 2 people if not partners, but rather friends, this is pretty uncomfortable.

Location was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was spacious and everything we needed was there. There was even some coffee and tea that we could use. They had extra blankets even.

There was rather low air quality in the apartment building and the apartment itself. The air was thick and the building itself had a strong scent. But when we kept the windows open it was okay.

the apartment was amazing. I work in the hotel industry and it was super clean and well equipped. you find everything you need. it seemed like we were the first one who used it. I really like hinwirket was furnished and how well tasted the decoration was.

The apartment is equiped with everything need to stay there for a longer period of time. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and a very good living room.

The bedroom is not exactly separated from the living room - there is only a small wall between those rooms and no doors. So, you can not be sleeping when someone is up on the other side of that small wall. Bed in the bedroom was too small for us. There is no place to park your car for free. There is a parking lot in the front of the house and there is also a large parking garage just around the corner, but there is no free parking for guests. It is a general problem in Tallinn that all parking spaces has been taken over by someone who is charging for parking and there is no guest places in those parking's.

Very nice stay. second time in these appartments. It's close from the center and from the harbour. The owner and his team are answering fast when there is an issue.

Roof level is very low on the bed...roof top is padded hence did not hurt when hit,,,

It was in nice location, apartment is very clean and bright. Shops are also close. We found a parking lot around corner for 4.50Eur/day.

The location is 11/10, and if you wish to attend the synagogue, we would have rated it even more (just behind the building). The apartment was very clean and new, all the appliances (dishwasher, fridge and washing mashine) worked seamlessly. The hosts were nice and swift to communicate.

If it's very hot outside, the A/C can't actually deal with it. The two other fans definitely help, but only to some extent.

Very well equipped apartment. They had everything from coffee to laundry detergent and excellent pillows.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it worked well.
