Where to start? The hotel is wonderfully located to all the major sites & with a magical view of the river, the facilities are extremely comfortable & the food is delicious. The staff are so friendly & take great care of you (shout out the bar man who introduced me to Green wine). Staying here was like a lovely dream & added to the joy of visiting Porto. If you can afford to stay here- please do, you won’t regret it!

Hotel maravilhoso, desde a decoração ao atendimento… pequeno almoço excelente e, com certeza, irei hospedar-me novamente e indicarei aos meus amigos.

Somewhat confined however given the history and compact nature of historic towns, it was fine.

breakfast good , view superb and staff is friendly . I broke a lamp on the nighttable ( by accident ) , it's was not charged

Needs general inspection ( scale didn't work , water on the outside chairs , dust under the lamps on the nighttables, view to televison blocke by woudenbeam from four-poster bed , not enough closet space , nothing to put toilet gear , no light in intrance , not possible to have milk cupsfor the coffee in the room , products in shower low quality , the 'porch' around the ' outside' tub ) . Dinner in restaurant was (just )ok . In general for not 5 but 4 star hotel

Room slightly small

Stunning views. Great facilities. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking Porto is the best way to start the day.

The only room for improvement would be that the bedside lamp was too far away from the bed so you couldn't use it to read.

Fantastic decor , well finished

Lacked authenticity, felt as if they were trying be too upper class which made it feel a little stuffy and sterile.

Breakfast was lovely. We couldn’t sit on the patio but we were comfortable in the main room. Service was excellent. Location and view were amazing. Bed was comfortable and room ac was spectacular.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly / helpful staff. The hotel is a boutique with wonderful facilities and a short walking distance to Porto’s city centre.

Staff, breakfast and facilities were all very good. Hotel's location made it very easy to walk "down" to Historic Porto . While it is a direct & short walk to part of the Old Town - which was lovey and full of nice places and things.

Stylish, modern and clean. Lots of thoughtful small touches. Great location, nice amenities. Staff really helpful.

Location was good. Food was same everyday. It wasn’t hot-temperature wise, needed more choices for vegetarians

Our room was very small for two people, not enough space to hang towels and clothes, tiny bathroom without any surface space. Toilet door was a clanky glass sliding door. No sound isolation and impossible to use quietly during the night. Slightly negative experience with the restaurant staff when we wanted to have a bite to eat at 3 pm. At first the waiter got upset thst we sat down without asking him and then we were treated quite rudely for our meal. Generally the restaurant staff was not always at the level of attention that I would expect at a 5 Star Hotel

Lovely hotel , delightful views , good breakfasts

Location, had to take taxies everywhere as it’s high up away from the port. The hotel is full of smokers by the pool and in the restaurant terrace, making for a very unpleasant stay. Kept awake by load bar music till midnight.
