Very friendly staff and nice comfortable pods. Met some nice people in the commons and had a great couple of days exploring Kyoto.

Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable, the reception area was very pleasant and convenient for working, cooking, resting, etc., staff is very nice and very helpful, great location that is very close to main areas and also very accessible by public transportation
The individual locker was too small for my laptop, but the staff stored it in the locked storage room

The social space was great and the free beer was an amazing way to meet people, the room were spacious and comfortable and the showers and toilets also were great
The lack of a rooftop view and the fact that the free beer hour was a little early to my taste (5h30-6h30)

Great location, on a Main Street within walking distance of Nishiki Market and several bus stops. it’s easy to get here from the main station on a bus, too. Place is clean and quiet.
nothing.

Great location. Short walk to the Gion area, the shopping streets and Nishiki Market, and it's also in between two stations.
It's very affordable given the area!
The beds in the capsules are really comfy, they're actually soft beds and double sized. It's more like a cubicle, so you can stand upright. The blind that closed your capsule actually blocks out all the light so the capsule itself is pitch black.
The shower and toilet areas were always spotless, and it's very quiet in the sleeping area.
I didn't use it but the lobby area has a co-working space, which could be handy, and the area was trendy and chilled.
Compared to other capsule hotels where the facilities are located on seperate floors(which can be a hassle), everything here is located on the same floor.
You don't have a locker, but you have a safe in your pod to store any valuables, and it still felt pretty safe.

Privacy was great and modern facilities!
The bed description of the the size is incorrect. it’s not made for tall people over 2 meters should be mentioned.

Free beer hour, great concept to meet new people. Location: puts you right smack dab center of the shopping district and all bus and train lines are relatively close to the location. Staff: 15/10 great people to talk to for any questions or if you need advice on locations to go to. Beds: phenomenal, everything is controlled via iPod touch and it’s wake method was really cool.

It was a neat little capsule hotel that was in a great spot. Near several train/subways, close to geisha area and nishiki markets. I liked the kitchen/meeting space it was clean, comfy and pretty. The bedroom was fun. Not for the claustrophobic though. Once the blind is down you realise it is only the size of a double bed.
I was near the bathroom, so heard people getting up of a morning from 5.30am. But you quickly fall back asleep and its not the hotels fault.

too expensive for what it is. hope the prices go down or near to the original price

Clean, location, good amenities
Tight spaces, lift is slow, always having to pick up a towel

location was great, close to bus stops and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and very nice and the pod itself very comfortable and larger than most pods I've stayed in .
The only think would maybe be breakfast, you have to tell them the night before and each time I'd forget.. not their fault but no way of having breakfast the same morning.

The staff were extremely helpful and I had many questions. The pods are large with lovely comfortable mattresses- very cosy with plenty of storage. Very modern with everything controlled by an iPod.
No negatives that I can think of
