The location really good. It was close enough to the town, so you could walk but far from the party so it was quiet.

The hotel was really run down, need serious renovations. The room smelled really bad, bed uncomfortable and toilet was broken. Breakfast was awful.

The resort is at the quiet end of phi phi which I loved, the pool is absolutely stunning and has views of the bay! My room was basic but good! I almost cancelled after seeing the bad reviews online but it was so fine!! I had an amazing view from my balcony! For price, pool and location your can’t go wrong! The room was big and clean, there’s also robes and they cleaned the room every day. The staff were super friendly!! They have someone meet you to pick up your luggage and take back to the resort (there’s no scooters on phi phi) And the breakfast was great, there’s so many reviews saying limited options but there was loads of stuff and same amount as everywhere else I’ve stayed in Thailand.

Shower head needed replacement and room smelt a little like moth balls but I’ll take that over not having bugs in my room, and I lit incense and it was fine. They need a coffee machine as they only offer the instant stuff so go elsewhere if you want a decent coffee. Otherwise everything was great. It’s not bougie by any means but you’re not in your room much in phi phi anyway so served it’s purpose!

Desayuno nefasto, no había nada de calidad, ni zumos, ni cafés ni pan. Mejor almorzar fuera que hay miles de lugares ricos y con buen café.

Great location

Rooms were so damp and everything smelt bad all the time. You can’t shower without literally soaking the bathroom in water. Damp smell all the time. Aircon is loud. Hallways are noisy and echo is loud. Staff were difficult to communicate with.

The pool was great. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was not worth it. We didn’t even eat there in the end. Only offers instant coffee. When we arrived the AC didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain correctly. The whole stay the shower didn’t drain which left an awful smell. We stayed in the ‘nicer’ rooms at on the hill (big hill to climb). Do not be fooled by the pictures. We nearly changed hotels. In the end we made it through but defo not worth the money in my opinion.

Value for money is terrible, definitely overpaid our stay. The rooms are in need of renovation, breakfast needs more options especially for the price you pay! Pool is warm and not very clean, the whole area is very dirty. not worth the amount of money we had to pay

the beach in front is beautiful. staff is nice and responsive

steep hill to get to the apartment. the view was not Mountain View. just a construction and tree branches. the check in lobby was really old and outdated. the room is the same. old and basic. no mirror in the room. AC barely works, we were soaking thru the sheets. lighting in the room was also basic. normally all this would be fine if it was wasn’t for the fact that they charged so much for the room!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach location was good and very picturesque.

Our room was at the top of a hill/mountain. The food on display for breakfast was very limited. I'd expect a lot more choice for the money I paid. The shower had a sewerage smell when first turned on.
