Perfect location, lovely apartment. Enjoyed waking up and being able to go straight to the beach. Nice local cafes.

Excellent location right on the beachfront

Our host was very welcoming and gave us many suggestions for things to do. The location by the sea was amazing. I loved hearing the sound of the waves. Douarnenez is an interesting town to walk around. Lots of activities for people who like to participate in sailing, windsurfing etc. The apartment is 10 mins walk to the boulangerie and the small harbour. It was a very relaxing place to stay.

The sea was a little cold, mais c'est Douarnenez, n'est pas? The charm of the place and area makes up for this tenfold. The water is no colder than Cornwall, even slightly warmer...

We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment which isn't exactly spacious but perfectly furbished in terms of usefulness and is decorated with an impeccable taste. The owner is at the same time discrete and very caring, always available for a handy piece of information or offering a helping hand. Will stop here. Don't want to be overly positive, so we won't have too many competitors next time we go there.
