お手洗いが一箇所しかないことが事前にわかるよう周知していれば良い。 １階に寝室があれば良い。

Great location. Beautiful layout. Beds were comfy. And having a laundry machine was helpful. Definitely get yourself accustomed to Japanese style washing machines because my friends were not understanding why their clothes would not dry. 🤣 Japanese style washing machines are not like the American styles, they can not dry 20lbs of laundry in 1 go. Alot of bedding options and extra futons were available in the closets.

Host should definitely add an extra key in the lockbox. When traveling as a group having 2 sets of keys is always better. I noticed this was a common thing with the homes we rented in Japan if they didn'thave a keypad lock. There would only be 1 key. If adding an extra key to the box is not possible probably changing from key operated to keypad would be more accommodating for guests. Also, not sure if it was just the neighborhood but beware that we did find a large cockroach. Installing bait traps would be good in the house and we noticed a few vents on the walls. There are no mesh installed in those vents so they are easy access points for bugs to get into the house. With these 2 easy fixes, it would make the home more accommodating for those scared of bugs. We had 2 people in our group that were honestly a bit annoying with the bug situation. Had to do damage control to get them to not want to leave and book a hotel. 😒

The location was good and the space was large enough to fit a big group. Needed 1 more bathroom to be perfect.

The 1 bathroom was a killer... having more than 8 people sharing 1 bathroom was tough. Other than that, the staff responded quickly and were flexible to date and time changes.
