Just a short stroll away from the bustling train station. Location is fantastic and the coffee itself from the Coffee Fellows Shop is great. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Whether you're here for business or leisure, its unbeatable location and inviting atmosphere ensure a delightful experience from start to finish.
In the room, there is neither a water kettle nor a coffee machine available. Coffee is exclusively obtainable from the adjacent coffee shop. However, it's essential to note that the coffee shop is closed before 7 am. Therefore, guests departing early in the morning may find it inaccessible. Regrettably, there are no nearby alternatives for obtaining beverages before 7 am. In the event of the coffee shop's closure, access to coffee, water, or soft drinks is not possible.
Moreover, overnight guests may encounter difficulties in acquiring refreshments as there are limited options available. Given the perceived safety concerns in the area, venturing outside the hotel premises to search for alternative sources of refreshment may not be advisable. Additionally, the absence of a refrigerator in the room further limits access to perishable items.
Furthermore, the provision of only one pillow per bedside may prove insufficient for some guests' comfort preferences, particularly those desiring additional support for a restful sleep experience.

Everything was perfect.The receptionist , the room,perfect!
I recommend only for a bit earlier breakfast!
This is our second stay there and if we need to go to Dortmund again ,this is the place for sure!

In the city center, the rooms are clean and cozy.
No car/taxi has access to the hotel because all around is a pedestrian area.
The reception is small, as part of the coffee shop and difficult to be recognized and to serve a group of people.

Really good location and big comfortable rooms and bathrooms for the price. The rooms were very clean and quiet too.
Our first room had a few things which didn’t work but as soon as we spoke to reception this was sorted and we were moved to a new room so appreciated the service. Would have liked to have had some water/tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

I loved that the bed was comfy, everything was extremely clean and that I was able to get amazing vegan options in the coffee shop. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends
The church bells were a bit noisy and I find the bagels in the coffer shop quite pricey, but they are extremely good though so it's worth it

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. We stayed for one night. It was very quiet in the room. We liked a lot how the room was styled. Conveniently located in the city center, close to a underground parking garage. The breakfast was great and the coffee was very tasty! The staff was ever so friendly and helpful. Really pleasant stay. Dortmund didn't charm us much but this hotel sure did.
There was nothing to dislike.
