the location

the bathroom door was stuck due the water leaking from the shower. the toilet paper holder was broken. some of the dishes were dirty.

very clean, the location was excellent, breakfast was excellent.

nowehere to sit in the room other than the bed however it was not a big problem

Location was perfect (close to the main attractions and shopping/ food options) and walkable from bus and train station. The place was very comfortable, equipped and clean.

The room is indeed very small. Bathroom is proportionately big.

there were poop stains in the toilet and lots of dust on the headboards…. made us very uncomfortable as we weren’t sure when the last time it was cleaned. would not go back

Location is good.

In the room I could hear the noise from the restraurnat on the ground floor. I could not check in in advance by using mobile phone becasue the system for check in did not show "/" mark automatically for the birthday and even I could not manually input "/". So I had to go to another hotel in the same hotel group to check-in in a snowy day.

Loved the contactless, mobile keycard concept here. Wonderful location in the city center

Good location, close to the city centre. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay. Great checkin method, everything automated.

The apartment is small, but you know that beforehand.

very spacious and well appointed apartment. decor was smart and comfortable. kitchen was well equipped with everything except mugs (there were only two!). very comfortable beds and bed linen, and the showers were great too.

it’s not a quiet area, so don’t expect peace and tranquility. but in many ways it’s great to be in the heart of the city, with shops, cafes and restaurants just a stone’s throw away.

too small, no chairs, no microwave, too many up and down levels on a small space, loud music until midnight from the bar downstairs, small desk but no real table to be able to have a decent meal, no reception to check in, all digital

We stayed 4 nights in December, three on Adlerstrasse and one on Keiserstrasse. We changed apt because of restaurant below apt and a lot of noise. The host was hepful and apt on Keiserstrasse was nice and quiet. Beds have comfy pillows. Breakfast in das Paul cafe is great: plenty of food, tasty and beautiful. The location of the apartment is great. The electronic key on phone was sth new but really easy and comfortable to use.

Bed was two beds together, no cover mattress in one piece. Also mattress protective sheet is rubbery, not as usual hotel protective sheets. Nevertheless the bed is comfortable.

The location is great. It was nice having three separate bedrooms, a small kitchen, and two bathrooms. We could all really spread out.

The noise at night from the bar/restaurant made it very difficult for our family with children. The lack of a reception made it difficult to check in, since the digital pad stopped working. The restaurant for breakfast was very slow, and the waiter seemed to favor non-hotel patrons over hotel guests.

The location was good. The bed linen was nice and fresh.

Gaining access, without anyone present in the building was challenging. We started off well communicating by what's app but when I asked how to get to the airport I never got a response. If they don't want to be bothered with this question why not post a printed sheet in the room.

hair dryer was not working. coffee at the breakfast was not so good tasti. two small beds not good idea.

Check in process was very complicated.... I wanted a late check-out but was not allowed ecen for half an hour.
