Clean and close to station
The kitchen facilities where brand new and of top quality, but with only an oven, no hob and no pots and pans, it was not possible to fry an egg or cook a meal.

A fabulous location for King's Cross and St Pancras stations. Equally, within walking distance to London attractions like the British Museum, for example. As the apartment is subterranean, it meant it was nice and quiet. The little terrace was a great little space!
The WiFi would only allow one person to connect at a time. But it wasn't annoying enough for us to get it sorted. The bathroom is quite small!

Very clean, good quality furniture and appliances, excellent location, wonderful cleaning services and helpful staff
Water doesn’t drain in bathroom sink. Lack of tea selection.

The staff is very friendly
The location is great
Good housekeeping
I feel like „Luxury“ is an overstatement. It is too expensive for what you get.
- rain shower but almost no water pressure
- really squeaky house so any other guest move and you hear it
- It isnt really „soundproofed“ as they claim
- weird choice of decoration. E.g. no washing machine dryer but then put a giant laundry basket in the bathroom 🤨
- a coffeemachine with espressocups which are too small to hold a single shot of espresso 🤨
- the floor was bend upwards under the carpet so it was like a speedbump in the living room
