Stunning location, within easy reach of Bellaggio by boat or taxi. Being right on the water is wonderful.
The roads are kind of dangerous around there, so we opted for traveling by boat or taxi rather than car when we could. We had no option for shopping, so used the car.

Beautiful old villa with a large garden and private beach/boat dock. Giuseppe is a very friendly and helpful host. We stayed here with a group of friends. Everyone admired the location. Everything works like it should and the stay was comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped but a bit too small for cooking for 10 people.
Some beds were too soft for adults and the villa could use some maintenance. For instance on the balconies, the wood was bad in some places.

The villa Was amazing and had that real authentic Italian feel right on the lake, view as stunning.
Some of the facilities were a little outdated/old. Mattresses were old and not very comfortable.
