This property is within a large estate - the owner lives in a big house some distance away and is on site to deal with any issues. The house is large, with air conditioning, and very close to Arezzo. It is just one of those properties that exceeds expectations.
If i was being really picky the TV was small for watching TV whilst having a drink - but i am being super picky here.

Tutto, fantastico. Proprietari molto cordiali, gentili e attenti.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Tuscany. The property is very well maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. The house, garden, pool, and all shared spaces are excellent. The owners and staff are incredibly hospitable, warm, and welcoming.
The surrounding Tuscan towns are beautiful, and the property is conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to explore the region without delays. We discovered many charming little towns and amazing places nearby.
Highly recommended accommodation!
