The location was very good near to Glenelg Beach. It was very quiet. The apartment was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Having some of the basics such as a litre of milk was really helpful. Plus washing powder and detergent etc was great as were the spare tooth brushes and toothpaste. Shower gel would have been good in addition to soap.
The lounge was low and I had difficulty getting out of it. An armchair which was higher would have been good. Written instructions for using the stove, dishwasher and washing machine would have been helpful.

Helen was helpful and attentive. The property was spacious and really comfortable for our family of three. Extra touches were very much appreciated including sparkling wine, breakfast essentials and toiletries.
It’s a perfect location for the tram in and out of the city, just a couple of minutes walk. Taxis and Uber also easy to grab from the front of the property.
The hotel pool was a great bonus.
Although there is some noise from the bar downstairs (we were there over Friday/Saturday night, it did finish early and didn’t disturb our sleep.

Lovely host Helen who was very helpful with info about the apartment and local area. Such a pleasant surprise to receive Easter eggs for the kids and milk and champagne in the fridge! Location was fantastic!

A great apartment for our 6 night stay in Glenelg. Location was perfect (quick walk to the beach & Jetty Road) and the apartment was clean, comfortable and a good size for two. The Property Manager (owner) was very responsive to questions and requests. It was nice to find some of the kitchen necessities already in the apartment (tea/coffee, milk and breakfast cereals) plus bathroom necessities like toothpaste & toothbrush, soaps, shampoo etc. That just made it all easier to get settled. The TV includes Netflix and cable so my husband was happy!
It’s worth remembering that the building is primarily a hotel and with that comes some hotel guest noise and no privacy on the balcony which is overlooked by other balconies. The daily parking rate as at March 2023 is $22 (not $12 as was listed in booking.com)

You can walk to everything and there is plenty to satisfy.
Assortment of Great food. Music scene. Sexy people. Beautiful weather, Comfortable apartment, full size fridge, King bed very good easily enough space.
Families also have great access to all that is on offer.
Ferris wheel, Glenelg Jetty, Mosely Cabanas on the beach, Historical Markers of significance, Glenelg Beach itself, Clear water, Paths to walk to everywhere, Green Parkland, Relaxed and uplifting at the same time.
The shower set up in the bath could have been better.
Some younger local teenagers knew how to sneak into the Hotel and use the pool and sauna area which was a let down as they abused the space.
Around the main attractions there were some local desperates, drunk asking for money and cigarettes, easy enough to pass them by.

We had an amazing time at Helens property. The unit is fully equipped with everything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable. It is sparkling clean and furnished lovely with amazingly comfortable bedding. The unit is in a perfect location with everything you could need in walking distance or a short car drive. Helen was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed, this apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was within walking distance of everything Glenelg has to offer - beaches, restaurants and shopping. Our host met us on arrival in the evening and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment was well appointed and included full size toiletries, well stocked pantry, cable TV and coffee pod machine. Highly recommended for your next stay.

Great location near Jetty Road and the beach. Having pepper salt oil spreads plastic wrap Al foil and the like was very handy. Clean and well appointed.
the washing machine dryer combo unit was not easy to use and the online manual wasn’t any better.

Its a fantastic location and everything you could think of has been supplied. Simple walk to the beach and town, take the tram ride into the city. An indoor pool is just across the hallway. Lovely host who went out of her way to help make it perfect.
The Pull out couch is not very comfortable to sleep on apparently :)
