Enjoyed the tennis/pickleball courts and the nice sidewalks for morning walks. Also enjoyed the lanai with a nice view of the golf course.

Quiet location. Detached from busy areas

One of the entrance gates was out of service, making entry to the property a bit longer, every time you left or entered the complex. Construction next property over was also going on daily. Code for the door was extremely long and could be simplified. We had to test each other the 10 digit code so each person had it available to unlock the door.

Location in space were great

The general cleanliness and condition of the carpets and floors were in poor shape. Spent part of our 1 day day vacuuming cleaning mopping wiping counters and insects under the sink.

Close to golf course and restaurant

Grounds were beautiful. Pool was awesome.

The living room furniture is very tired especially the couch. The owners need to refresh the chairs and couch.

After being in a hotel for a few days it was nice to switch to a much more roomy condo. The overall layout was good, the furniture was fine, and kitchen was well equipped. With twin beds in the second room, this would work well for a family (but not so much for two couples).

The bath towels were pretty worn, and the master bathroom (especially the shower) needs updating. The TV in the main living area is also rather small so it's hard to see details even when sitting directly across from it on the sofa. Also, the community tennis court is in dire need of a new net.
