Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Wohnanlage Marcastell. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt und wird auch als Wohngegend genutzt. Sie ist recht zentral. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ist für bis zu 4 Personen ausreichend. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder Heizung, was man auch meistens auf Lanzarote nicht benötigt. Die Betten sind etwas hart und ein paar Details wie z.B. Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen oder etwas mehr Grundausstattung wären schön gewesen. Es ist jedoch das Nötigste da. Die Terrasse schaut nach Norden zu den Bergen und bietet durch die Markiese Schutz vor der Sonne. Die Schlüssel liegen im safe mit Code, alles prima.

Great location-close to promenade,restaurants, local beach and harbour, shopping center. Huge parking lot-Local bus stop in 200 m. No problem with hot water. Comfortable beds.Netflix. Good communication with the owner. Cleanness. Kitchen well equipped. Terrace with sunbeds facing the garden. Silent undisturbed district. Washing machine.

Grey-black-white colours-painting /personal taste of course/. A few short cuts (while using several kitchen devices at the same time ) of the electrical system of the property-not a great deal to fix like DIY. (Owner will probably fix it on the long term.) Until 22.00 you can expect louder evening outdoor parties/dinners with music etc. form the opposite hotel..

We really enjoyed our stay at La Dulce Vida, which is in a quiet location, but within a short walk of the supermarket and beach (Playa Dorada). We can recommend the walk to the Playas de Papagayo or a trip on the local bus to Yaiza or Las Salinas de Janubio. It is also cheap to hire a car to visit places such as Timanfaya National Park or the bodegas on the wine route. The apartment was spotless, is well furnished and has very comfortable mattresses. The terrace is spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. Correspondence with the host was very friendly and uncomplicated and we were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment. Recommended!

The terrace was awesome and the apartment had everything I needed. It was really convenient and easy to get the keys from a keybox and the host always answered very quickly and was helpful.

We loved the apartment on a quiet complex. We loved the large balcony. It's a short walk to a very good supermarket and the beach and the beach and the town centre is not far away.

It would have been nice if there were some more English tv channels.
