The apartment is in an excellent location with most things within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for a short and comfortable stay.

The hot tub was very difficult to access but, as we hadn't intended to use it, this was not a problem. Nothing to dislike.

- beautiful design - great localisation - friendly and polite staff - washing machine, small kitchen and drying fan

- no sugar, no salt, no washing powder, no tea, no coffee and no additional garbage bags. of course, there’s no problem to buy it all, but usually most of it comes in big sizes, and you need to utilise these items or take them as a luggage with you when going back home. - thin walls. if you are unlucky with your neighbours, you will hear all the noises. - some of the appliances were a bit “weary”, but worked good nevertheless.

Only issue we had was the house rules that we had to pay a cleaning fee but also had to wash dishes and find a public bin for our rubbish or else we would be fined.. thought it was a bit strange. I understand not leaving the place in disarray I would never do that but never seen cleaning rules that strict if we pay a cleaning fee..

The property was close to bars and restaurants in the old town. Also within walking distance of beach, marina and train station. The apartment was equipped with all the basic utensils required

The only issue was the bottom step of the stairs leading to the downstairs bedroom which was loose

Location of the apartment was very good with easy access. Spa bath in the room and balcony was a really nice feature.

The apartment lacked basic amenities e.g. tea towels, cutting board, share knife. The bed, pillows and linen were all very basic. The most disappointing feature was the floor was filthy.

The apartment itself is great its on the 4th floor with a small lift which will hold 3 small people . It is just off of one of the main squares and it was just what we were needing for our stay as its in a central location, beds really comfy which is important . If staying for more that 7 days the bedding and towels are replaced - which ours were . The city was a bit busy as they were preparing for there easter holy week , we even had a procession pass the apartment. Also you need to try the tinto de verano ( red wine based drink )which is available in most restaurants

A bit more time could be spent on the cleaning and maintenance, especially in some corners and the grouting in the shower, we arrived to a broken toilet seat and a damaged hob it would also be good if more than 2 bath and 2 hand towels to be supplied . The Street can be noisy at times and the apartment could benefit from better windows ( currently single glazed with a wooden shutter ) . The toilet seat was replaced once i informed them and we had to also request a clothes airer for our wet washing as there was not one there

Perfect location in the centre of Malaga old town. 10 minute walk from the train station to the airport, 300 meters from the central market, and 15 minutes from the sea front and Alacazaba fort. lift to all floors and came with kitchen facilities and a balcony. Rafael was superb with our late check in. Arrived within 10 minutes of my email confirming our arrival.

Bed was quite uncomfortable.

superb location, central to the old town but not too noisy either. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. extremely helpful staff who organised a very efficient taxi service for us to the airport in the early hours

minor point but picking the keys up almost 10 minutes away is a bit of a pain upon arrival

The location was fantastic. The flat was very quiet we couldn’t hear anything outside. That made it ideal .

There were two flights of stairs in the flat which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
