Everything was excellent: - the view was extraordinary, like in the description; - the location of the apartment is in the heart of the city; near to all important attractions. - the apartment was very clean; - the facilities were as expected; - the communication with the host was also very good, Nasos was very helpful, very nice and prompt.

The apartment met our expectations. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked very well. The view of the Acropolis was awesome, as advertised, especially at night. The host was very helpful in answering questions via text and giving recommendations for activities, restaurants, and even a location for COVID testing for travel. The apartment location is close to the Metro station, walking distance to the Acropolis, and close to many great restaurants.

There is an issue with noise at night. There is a bar on the rooftop of building and there is music playing. The music played to 1 AM each night. The loudness of the music kept us from getting normal sleep.

We had to stay in the apartment most of the time due to the coronavirus outbreak. Unfortunate circumstance but the apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed to be able to stay locked down without issue. Cooking facilities were great, bed was comfy with great TV selection (Netflix and YouTube), and a great view of the Acropolis - something we missed out on seeing fully due to the lockdown. The gentleman who checked us in was very lovely and showed us everything in the apartment and where to eat since most shops were closed. When we did leave the apartment, supermarkets and chemists were nearby. When we were planning to go sightseeing, the archeological sites were very close and could probably be completed in a couple of days. We were happy with our time in Athens despite not being able to see much but would recommend this place to travellers who want a home away from home.

We asked for an airport transfer prior to arriving in Athens and unfortunately we weren’t picked up due to the driver “being 30 minutes late”. It was fine as we could grab a taxi anyway but we would have preferred the transfer to make things easier. When we first booked the property we saw a few comments about how customers needed to use the stairs and not elevator, and we were glad the elevator was in use when we were there. However first entering the area of the property I did feel very unsafe and knew I probably wouldn’t have stayed alone here without my partner. I didn’t have a great vibe about the property until a day or so staying in the apartment.

Loved the view and the apartment.

I didn’t like how I had to walk in a small hallway and up 5 flights of stairs. There were men sitting at bottom of stairs and made me uncomfortable to come back in the evening the next night.
