600 metres from the bus stop. We had heavy luggage so it was very convenient for us. The old town is within a kilometre. Lovely, peaceful location with greenery all around.

I've been to Český Krumlov several times, and I keep bringing my friends with me so they know the town and the place I stay in. I keep coming back to Penzion TOP, because it is a safe bet for your stay. There is a Vietnamese convenience store nearby, the location is quiet, there is a calisthenics park around as well, along with a cute lake and a good restaurant you'd love to eat in. I cannot praise enough this location, and I'll definitely keep staying here. Thank you, Michal and Lenka!

Everything was so great! Home-style stay not far away from the old city, wonderful homemade breakfast.

Some small features could be added, for example night tables and shelf in the shower.

The place just had such a welcoming feel to it. The hosts were extremely friendly. I was traveling with my mother and the room was perfect with a balcony and on site parking. Modern bathroom with plenty of seating in the room. They had cute handmade lavender scrubs and painted rocks. Really just an amazing place. Breakfast was great, along with the homemade iced tea. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The apartment is excellent, with a beautiful view and has everything you need, including a safe. The beds and pillows are super super confortable. The location is excellent, very close to down town. Eve's attention was unbeatable, super friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and happy. I totally recomend it

The staff's friendliness and disposition was unparalleled, and the facilities were spotless. The distance from the center make is calm and relaxed without any annoyance, without making the walk too long. It is the sweet spot :)

The table is too small, it is not designed to make/eat your own food here. Solving this problem the owner offers breakfast (what we haven't tried).

The staff members were quite helpful as they provided important details about the Krumlov city. The location is approx. 800 m from the main square. You can reach the main square with 10 minute walk. The room was clean and staff members were cooperative. The breakfast was € 6 per person but it was worth to have it.

Great accommodation, located in safe and calm neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to beautiful old city center. Comfortable rooms, very clean and quiet. Car park in front of the building. Very good breakfast, excellent handmade food. Excellent communications with the hosts, they gave us paper map of the city with recommended local restaurants, which was very nice and helpful!
