The condo was a little dark inside because of low ceilings but inside it was spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The beach was a short walk away Coligny was a short walk away

OUR STAY WAS COMPLETELY RUINED!! ADVERTISED AS FRONT FACING OCEAN VIEW - IT FACED THE CAR PARK THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BUILDING TO THE OCEAN! ADVERTISED AS CONDO 315 - THE ONLY CONDO AVAILABLE TO SELECT WITH OCEAN VIEW DESCRIPTION - IT IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED AS SUCH! THE COMPLEX WAS A MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. CONSTANT DRILLING, HAMMERING AND NOISE FRONT 8AM THROUGH THE DAY, WEEKENDS AND WEEKDAY THE DESCRIPTION NOR THE VACASA THE LOCAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY MADE ANY MENTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PRESENCE WHICH HAS CLEARLY BEEN THERE A LONG TIME AND IS MASSIVE. IT WOULD BE WELL KNOWN LOCALLY AFTER COMPLAINING AND REQUESTING TO BE MOVED TO AN OCEAN FRONT VILLA AS ADVERTISED ON THE BOOKING.COM DESCRIPTION, VACASA RESPONDED THAT THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND PROVIDED A PARTIAL REFUND

property maintenance which required scaffolding on the balcony and plastic on ALL the windows so NO VIEW OF OCEAN much less couldn’t enjoy the balcony!

The property is steps from the ocean with 3 gas fire rings with seating. There are 3 gas grills, one without knobs and in desperate need of a cleaning. The grilling tools hanging near the grill need replacing. The property is next to a tiki bar. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The property needs some love. It is currently under renovation on the ocean side which we were not aware of. Scaffolding is on the building and the lawn near the pool is fenced off with all of the construction equipment. When we voiced our concerns to our rental company, we were told we could leave and get a refund for the days we did not use. We did not do that because we had no other place to rent. Our patio was not useable because it was covered in dust. The elevator is dirty and loud. Our condo was 215 and it was just ok. With some fixable solutions by the owners, this could be a great condo! The beach theme was cute but overdone. The whole place needs painting and new carpeting. The couch pillows were disgusting and the sheets and towels were cheap. Why are the clean sheets and towels in a basket in the living room? The bathrooms have no fans so the curtain rod is rusty and the bathtub had nicks in it. The organization in the cabinets and storage areas were a mess and things were hard to find. When on vacation I want to feel comfortable and have a little luxury. The kitchen is very disorganized. There is no staff here and sometimes there was an employee in the booth in the parking lot to check your pass saying you were a guest.

Very spacious and comfortable and well equipped for the week. We did not need to bring anything from home for the kitchen.

We had a leak in the kitchen sink and it took multiple calls to get a plumber dispatched to the property. We also had a faulty battery in the door lock which caused us to be locked out. However the service person was quick to come out and fix and both the plumber and service person were very efficient and nice once there to fix issues.

The condo was updated and was in a good location.

The condo did not have a hair dryer and the kitchen had very little cooking utensils and baking dishes. It was very disappointing since we wanted to do more meals at the condo instead of eating out.
