Nathalie nous attendait à notre arrivée, moi qui croyait qu'il y avait une réception dans l'établissement, je l'ai fait attendre inutilement. Elle a été super pour nous conseiller. Son appartement est très bien tenu, très propre, et ses exigences (caution) sont un gage de bonne tenue de l'appartement. Résidence calme à cette époque (décembre). Idéal pour se reposer.

La grande piscine, très belle, est glacée. Courage pour s'y baigner! La petite, elle, est très chaude et permet de faire des longueurs. Location située sur le couloir des avions, mais comme beaucoup de logement dans la partie sud de l'ile et franchement, ce n'est pas gênant.

the rental price has doubled since last year

The stunning outlook over the pool area both during the day and the pool light show at night. The clean complex area and the flowers / shrub/ tree areas.

The host was very welcoming, even to a packet of biscuits left for our arrival, loved the super king sized bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped even a dishwasher.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Nice and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Terrace with afternoon and evening sun. Very nice pool area.

I'm not comfortable with the owner claiming they needed a photo copy of my id. The reason they said, was due to regulations by the police, which I doubt. I have never done this before. As I understand the registration to the authorities is done online, without need of paper copies. Of course I'm ok with showing my id, it's the paper copy I'm not comfortable with. If they insists on this photo copy it could have been mentioned before hand in the fine print. I got back my 200€ deposit after 10 days, after having to remind them about it after seven days ("You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out"). Still, the apartment was very nice and in a very good condition.
