Good location, plenty of space for us all to stay.

The online check in experience and having to speak to a call centre in the Phillipines rather than someone local.

Loved the location and the layout. Very comfortable.

There were 3 cockroaches found inside. Otherwise, nothing much.

Great location, layout, plenty of space, lovely outdoor area. Terrific set-up for 3 adult couples + a couple of kids.

Usual punitive threats around ensuring rubbish is taken out, dishwasher cleared, etc. (have no problem with this and agree entirely that a place should be left clean and tidy). However, there was no dishcloth, no tea towel, only 2 dishwasher satchels for 3 nights, external bin full to brim + the place could use a good clean. Most disappointing was just 1 spare toilet roll to cover 2 bathrooms, 7 people for 3 nights - pretty lousy really (needless to say there was a mercy dash to the supermarket to stock up on toilet paper!)

Lovely location and house
