Location was good and when communicating prior to our arrival it was very good

The location was very central to eateries, walking distance to skytower and the wharf for ferry and tour pick up. Staff followed up quickly to our queries. The room was comfortable and although the verandah was tiny you could at least open the window .
An aquintance from Auckland had advised us this was not a good area to be in but we had no problems at night time walking around.

The apartment was spacious.
There was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen, we could not eat in there as the small was overpowering. A plumber had to be called to sort out the waste disposal unit and replace a part. This took a few days to organize.
