Great central location, Great Price, Spacious and clean

Would be great if there was more underground parking but understandable that space is limited.

No heating for the first night

Great comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the lounge so you weren’t crowded.

So many stories high that elevator rides take a bit but their are 4 of them to use

Location, nice clean room with new dishwasher,washing machine and dryer. Great location- short easy walk to ferry and cruise port or $8 in an Uber.

Clean, comfortable and location for us was great.

Shower screen allowed water to leak water onto the floor. Lighting was inadequate in the bathroom.

The location.

The rooms were very tired and really needs some maintenance, it was not a cheap deal so I would expect it to be in better condition. The building site next door - right outside our window - was noisy early in the morning. (I accept that the property cannot control the building site, but the price does not reflect the inconvenience)

The only thing I like was the location

The photos on bookings were nothing like the unit. It was tired looking. Mould in bathroom and dishwasher. Air con was a portable unit, no ceiling fans. Was suppose to be a city view and all we saw was office blocks and car parks. Price did not reflect unit, over priced for what we got.

The view wifi and TV

AC was a noisy temp AC unit with a hole cut through th glass window. Rooms and spaces are tiny had about 1 ft to get around the bed to go to the bathroom. Construction noise right next door

the room was water damaged had power points falling out the wall. Paid extra to have a balcony only to find out the balcony isn’t wide enough to sit on. The room was very out dated and damaged

at city center. near the Queens ST.

Good location within walking distance of the hotspots of Auckland . The facilities and quality were as expected for the price of the property. Comfortable bed and facilities, perfect for just me.

Basic options for everything, and lifts took a long time to arrive at certain times of the day. Area of Auckland wasn't the nicest, and I wouldnt 'go out on my own at night around the area.

It was a lovely property

The staff were not particularly pleasant and looked flustered and overwhelmed. They have no indicators after we were exited at 5am due to a fire alarm and also not helpful or had any authority of the shooting that was happening a few hundred meters away the next day.

The cleanliness of room. It was warm the view was great.

For a four star it in Australia on the Gold Coast would probably be classed as a 3 star

toilet flusher didn’t work room carpet was damp bed sheets gave me a rash shower head holder was broken

I really liked how close it was to everything plus we had really nice views out all of the windows :) The staff were very kind and fun and also helpful. The couch aswell as bed were quite comfy. I liked that you could also park in their parking garage though $45 a night is quite expensive.

I didnt like the reviews I had seen earlier - put me off though im glad I gave it a chance as it was like nothing the bad reviews were saying besides the construction next door. I also wish the bathroom had been bigger as the toilet, washer, dryer, bath and shower plus hand basin were all in the same room which meant the toilet and bath were quite small.

It was good location was nice. View was okay, lots of things to see. The room was nice good for what I paid.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable but overall good.

No ventilation in the rooms

There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room and hotel. It was progressively worse throughout the night. The bathroom was dirty and the washing machine and dryer do not work.
