The location was great. The hotel is in a great area near the wonderful food market, charming squares, churches, and a lively pedestrian street. Around the corner and down the hill is the train station with great food options like Time Out food area and a wonderful tapas restaurant. The hotel itself was wonderful. It has a full restaurant on site. The staff was kind and helpful, checkin was easy. The room was spacious enough for two people.
The only thing I disliked was the bed. The mattress was hard and not level. If i slept too close to the edge, I felt like I was rolling off. It clearly had seen better days and needs replaced. The pillows were abysmal. So flat and uncomfortable. I expected better for the price we were paying per night.

Location is very good, breakfast was ok, staff were nice.
Very small room, if you have luggage there is no place to turn around. The hottel says that in the rooms you cannot smoke, but we could smell the ciggarettes every day, so someone was smoking. For us, that was unpleasant. Also, the room is not soundproof, you can hear everything.
