no mini bar in the room.no water in room..it was in cost of 3.5 euro from reception bar..

Swimming pool out of order for whole week. Lots of different excuses.

The breakfast was very expensive for what was provided.

The bar wasn’t open and no hot food available for breakfast. The swimming pool was incomplete though that wasn’t an issue for us this time.

Really beautiful pool area and short walk to the beach. The breakfast room was very nice and tranquil. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious both times. The waiter was very nice.

We stayed in an Executive Double Room which had a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was a very good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included in our booking was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had - delicious food and so much choice. The staff throughout were excellent - welcoming, polite and friendly. They were also very helpful in arranging various requests, including laundry which isn't something we would usually use on holiday. This service in particular was excellent, thank you. We only used the pool once during our stay and a simple shower facility is beside this, along with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The hotel is outside of the main town area - there is a bus stop just up the street which has services to town and the train station. We also walked to town which took approximately 30 minutes.

Not really any negatives but based on the fact that Luxotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, it would be a good idea to provide a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from town/train station at various times during the day/evening.

Normal 4* hotel, breakfast is very good and personel friendly. Pool is oke but no service for drinks and food, no matras on the sunbeds. Diner is also good. Parking is very narrow but it good. Food and drinks are from good quality. When you want drinks in the afternoon there is no snack available. Small bathroom at your room.

We had several days without coffee in the room. There is a good Nespresso machine but mostly no coffee pads, you have to ask again and again. No snacks available with your afternoon drinks and no service at the pool.

We love this hotel and are always so grateful for the incredible service and the magnificent sea view. The staff is a delight. They made me an iced coffee for our room service breakfast even though it isn’t on the menu. We’ll be back!

The policy about not being allowed to order food from Uber Eats to enjoy in the room was very disappointing. The proximity to great delivery service was always one of the great things about this location. It’s the only hotel in Cannes with this policy.

Nice pool area, convenient access to the beach.

Room need some love, Bathroom was weird design, no where to put anything, basically not even enough space counter to leave a toothbrush. Toilet and shower all together, so when you shower, water goes all over. Nice terrace but almost no furniture, its like, they want to make sure you don't use it. Parking was 15 euros a night, but in some advertisement it says free parking, beware. The city if cannes as the worst waiter in the world, so rude,never seen anything like it.

Limited staff for service with dining so I could not get service at the pool. The parking garage is too dark for a solo female traveler - a little scary.

Breakfast delicious with lots of choice. Especially good were the freshly made omelettes, fresh fruit and croissants. Pool good and beach nearby. 25 minutes to walk to the centre. Also 10 mins to walk to Cannes la bocca train station

Need to get out early to have a sun lounger
