"Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und ausgestattet mit modernen Möbeln.
Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. In dem einzigen Schlafzimmer Platz gibt es ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett versenkbare.
Sie können alle Betten zu schließen, den Raum in ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer drehen.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken.
Die Heizung ist Fußbodenheizung. Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlage (2 Konvektoren) ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung mit Blick auf einen Garten von ca. 200 qm und ist mit einem Alarmsystem und Umfang Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern ausgestattet.

We had a perfect „workation“ in Monza. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your time there. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. To go to Monza town you can use the bikes which belong to the apartment. When we come back to Monza we would rent the place again.

My husband, our dog and I stayed in this wonderful modern apartment in Monza for 2 weeks.
We really enjoyed our stay and found the location very good, but would recommend to have a car. That said, as keen walkers, we did morning walks to the stunning Monza Park and back.
The hosts, Arnaldo & Rita and their family (including Doris the dog) are such welcoming, friendly people, and they were happy to help and ensure we had a successful stay.
There is a beautiful garden, which we enjoyed and we got some fresh veggies too!
The apartment is recently renovated and so clean and fresh with all the amenities you could wish for. The building is an old farm house, which means it stays cool inside even on hot days. In addition, there is A/C to ensure guests get a good night's sleep.
There is secure parking only a few steps from the front door and what made our stay possible was naturally that our dog was welcome too!
We would happily recommend Arnaldo & Rita's apartment to anyone who wants to stay close to Monza and Milan, but not be in the middle of the buzz.

Fabulous base for our Grand Prix weekend
What a gem of a place this is, a real home from home, exactly as described & pictured. Arnaldo & his family were so helpful & made us feel very welcome, providing extra information for us to enjoy our Grand Prix race weekend, as this was our first stay in the area it was much appreciated. The bikes provided made our trip to & from the circuit very easy & would be very useful for trips into Monza or further afield, all the essentials are provided for them, lights, lock etc. The property is only a 5-10 minute drive into Monza that has a wonderful variety of restaurants, bars & Gelato shops. We visited one of the restaurants recommended in the house information booklet, Del Centro, the food was very tasty & plentiful (little tip, only order 1 starter as they are huge!) We would definitely go back to this lovely apartment should we want to visit the area again & would have no hesitation recommending it to family & friends.

beautiful and clean appartment, private parking, and extremely friendly hosts
The appartment St. Julius is just like the photo's. Modern, complete, and very clean. The fridge was filled, the homemade jam and liqueur were delicious. The appartment provides all you could ask for. For us one the big benefits was the option to park the car in a private spot on the premises. Both Arnaldo and Rita are very friendly, and very helpful hosts. When we told Arnaldo that we wanted to go to Milan, he even offered to bring us to the train station, so we didn't have to walk to the station. When we wanted to depart, Rita even brought us to a metro station (red or purple) in Milan. We were amazed and very happy with this hospitality. Rita even gave us her phone number, so we could call her when we wanted to be picked up. This was so nice and so friendly. Besides Milan we also visited the city of Monza, and it's Circuit.
We had a great time, and the next time we want to visit Milan/Monza we will definitely go back to St. Julius.

We were with our two year old and the apartment, which is furnished and decorated with great taste, had all we needed, fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a big bedroom with a fold-down bed on which our little one slept like a log. There was parking for our car, our hosts gave us lots of info on how to get around and offered bikes for a nice ride in the nearby park. The place is the perfect option for guests to be close to Milan or Monza and at the same time enjoy a quieter more relaxed and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!! Leah, Marco and Jakob

Everything was as described. The flat is very clean, modern and lovely decorated with operating instructions for all features of the apartment.
The best of our staying was the hospitality and availability of our hosts. Arnaldo and his family were TOP, I've never met so charming owners. We spent delightful moments and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for that.
I recommend not only the apartment but above all the kindness of our hosts. I hope to see them again in the future.

Breve soggiorno prenotato in occasione di mio intervento ambulatoriale al San Gerardo, assolutamente perfetto sia per la vicinanza alla struttura ospedaliera, sia per il confort dell'appartamento, sia per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Don't stay in Milan and be bothered by the hustle and bustle of the city! This Monza property is perfectly situated to be the quiet paradise you return to after a busy day. Close to train station and only about 4 stops to the main Garabaldi station. Arnaldo goes out of his was to make sure guests have all info., maps, bicycles, lights, locks, and operating instructions for all features of the villa. Safe and secure with gated entrance. We never moved our car and biked everywhere. Villa is not in the mainstream of activity. Very quiet, private, and comfortable.

Un séjour parfait ! Rita, Arnaldo et leurs 2 filles ont été formidables, des propriétaires exceptionnels.
L'appartement était très bien, très propre, pas de bruit malgré l'emplacement qui me faisait un peu peur en réservant à cause du train et des routes mais non, le lieu est super tranquille et pourtant je suis maniaque.
Je recommande cet appartement dans lequel on ne peut pas être déçu avec en plus un rapport qualité/prix imbattable.
Merci encore à toute la famille Falasco ! si je repasse dans le coin un jour, c'est là que je reposerai mes valises sans hésitation.

The apartment was very good, very clean, no noise despite the location which made me a little scared by booking because of the train and roads but no, the place is super quiet and yet I am maniac.
I recommend this apartment where you can not be disappointed with the addition of a quality / price ratio.
Thank you again to all the family Falasco! if I pass in the corner one day, this is where I will rest my bags without hesitation.

Très bon séjour !!!
Pour ma première visite en Italie j'avais fais la réservation dans ce petit appartement très bien agencé, dans un environnement calme. De plus je suis venu avec mes chiens et je n'ai eu aucune peur de les laisser en liberté dans le petit jardin très bien entretenu. Arnaldo et Rita sont des personnes très accueillantes et qui ont préparé tous les documents nécessaires pour notre séjour pour visiter Milan et Monza. La description de la location est telle qu'elle nous est présenté et je la recommande chaudement.
