Location however the issue that is around the corner of the gangs every evening frim about 5pm on of over 30+ is not good. I know this is not the hotel issue but I am sure it could be managed by the police. Staff were nice
The bathroom. We stayed in room 339 and the shower and radiator was dirty, rusted and damp not 4star. Breakfast just ok again not 4star

Super lage. Das personal war sehr freundlich. Lorenzo an der Rezeption hat uns bei check in ein kostenloses zimmer upgrade mit balkon gegeben mit blick auf die stadt. Das frühstück war sehr gut.

The location is hard to beat if you are travelling into the city by train, tram or bus. Expect a warm welcome when you arrive and approach staff. My bags were taken to the room while I walked around the historic centre. The city view is good (but I'm not convinced it is worth the extra 30 euros a night).
The bathroom: My knees were almost underneath the sink when I sat on the toilet and the shower is tiny. There's limited space for toiletries and nowhere to hang clothes other than the towel rack. The gym: It was disappointing to discover that it closes between 12pm and 6pm. It is one of the reasons I select to stay at a hotel and pay a little extra. The sales pitch at check in: I regret paying the upgrade charge. I really didn't feel the hotel offered good value for money.
