Good location near the metro, clean comfortable room and friendly staff

Lift was tiny

The hotel is located in a very quiet and well-maintained part of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was very clean! That’s not something you can always expect in Paris, but we really liked this part of the city. We didn’t see any homeless people in the area. The metro stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. Although there aren’t many metro lines nearby, you can easily get to any part of Paris with a few transfers in the city centre. The Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe are relatively close to the hotel, although getting there by public transport is not very convenient. We used Bolt taxis instead and got to our destinations quickly. The hotel also allows you to leave your luggage there after checking out. The rooms themselves are quiet and have air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer and a kettle in the room, so you can make yourself some tea or coffee. The bathroom had a heated mirror, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was available, but it was very basic.

The room was very compact, especially for three women, as there was hardly anywhere to properly put our belongings and suitcases. The bathroom was very small and poorly designed — you have to sit sideways on the toilet, and water from the shower runs straight onto the floor. We had to ask at reception separately for towels or floor cloths to dry the floor. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We were there for only three nights, so it wasn’t a big issue, but it would have been nice if the rubbish had been taken out at least once. We also had to ask for additional toilet paper. Breakfast was extremely basic: ingredients for making sandwiches, tea/coffee, and sweet pastries. There were no hot breakfast options at all. Not all of the staff spoke English, but in the age of online translators, it wasn’t really a problem.

The property complete was wonderful. The location near to train station is very good. The staff was always very kind. The room very comfortable. The room is small but have all the necessary to a tourist.

Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer reserviert weil wir mit 2 Kindern angereist sind und hatten den Checkin für 23:00 bestätigt bekommen. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann gesagt, dass unsere Zimmer automatisch um 18:00 Uhr storniert worden sind. Glücklicherweise waren noch 2 Zimmer frei, jedoch auf 2 untersch. Stockwerken. Genau so etwas braucht man nicht, wenn man mitten in der Nacht mit 2 kleinen Kindern nach einer anstrengenden und langen Anreise ins Hotel kommt. Die Sauberkeit kann auch verbessert werden. Nicht mal, nachdem wir das Schild „Please make up my room“ an die Tür gehängt haben (gleich morgens um 9) hatte jemand unsere Zimmer geputzt. Und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr, sehr klein. Man kann sich kaum bewegen oder seinen Koffer irgendwo auspacken.
