Location and price.

Mouldy shower with soap scum and slippery floor.

We booked this resort last minute due to circumstances and so happy we booked Aruba Surf. We booked 5 nights. It’s not a new resort but the rooms were very comfortable and had all we needed and also much bigger than expected. Broadbeach is a really nice area and Aruba is close to the ocean and Pacific Fair and plenty of restaurants and all you need. Plenty of street parking or there is Resort parking. We had a very comfortable stay and also found the staff very helpful.

Comfortable and homely

A very pleasant welcome at reception and then received an upgrade to a more superior room for the entire 5 night stay. The pool facilities were great and the room was so spacious.

Water temp variation in the shower which came and went.

Cleanliness of the room, high ceilings, ceiling fan, air conditioner, comfortable bed, and nice and quiet

The fact I checked in after hours the room was still dirty from the previous occupants which turned out to be a week prior to our arrival!!! This included dirty sheets and towels, sanitary items in bathroom bin, rubbish on kitchen bench,dirty dishes and cockroaches!! I was absolutely disgusted at the lack of professionalism. We had requested a partial refund for the inconvenience but feel it hasn’t been taken seriously as a week later we have not received any correspondence or partial refund!! I feel we should be fully compensated for our stay!!! It still sickens me to think we had to sleep in dirty linen overnight!!!!!

Great location and convenient address in Broadbeach. Near bus/tram, malls, restaurants and bars. Nice beach resort and friendly staff.

Most things were fine, however I did not receive any house-keeping during my 7 day stay. Just once house keeping would've been good - to get fresh clean shower towel for example. I enjoyed my stay nonetheless.
