Property was ok more a 3star rather then a 4star
The aircon was ok but was leaking water in our room were my daughter was sleeping.
On check out the shower facilities for use after checking out was very poor 1 shower in a locker room no where to change a mix of men and women wasn’t good atall.

Staff were so friendly and helpful esp Maya - resort joins with blue sea Martha’s - great entertainment every night - 3 pools
If sleeping on the pull out bed in main area curtain is too small to block out light - some of the walls flaking with damp. Book shuttle to airport 3 days in advance.

The room 4112 was in a lovely setting. The staff made the experience great. The food was good most days as with any all inclusive it does get a bit repetitive especially the deserts but overall happy with the quality of the food
The apartment was very dated. Was as clean as a dated apartment can be, biggest disappointment was the access to all pools. The first step is quite deep and there was no handrail at the walk in steps on any of the three pools. We had to hold onto palm tree to do the first step. This is a big issue for anyone with knee or hip or balance problems and could be easily sorted with a handrail like they have in indoor pool. We actually cut our hand on palm tree getting into pool otherwise pool facilities are good.
