no hospitality mentality, too many employees sitting around it felt unnaturally weird. Our room wasn’t cleaned the whole day, when warned in the evening the answers we got were too ridiculous whether we were sure if we did put the room clean sign correctly or not. Breakfast area tables are too close so the place felt jammed. Garden is not usable for breakfast due to bee manifestation…. Building is not soundproof as promoted, we heard every step in corridors from the room. Rooms have centralized air conditioning which wasn’t turned on… In the town of Hard, there is really nothing.

Only bottle of Vodka in the bar was empty! They had no others. Stores had already closed by the time I reached the hotel. Beer was expense for a small glass!.

Very comfortable, and 2 minute walk to the lake. Lovely breakfast and handy to have an underground parking garage
