the location was perfect, very central and close to everything. great facilities.
the room was very small especially the bathroom, water spills everywhere because of how small it is. We really wish we had been told about the extra coffee and water we were served during breakfast and that we would have to pay extra for them at checkout. We only found out at when we checked out. the pillows were also not comfortable.

It’s extremely clean, the staff are very attentive and so friendly. The breakfast was honestly so delicious @ definitely 5 star quality.
The location is a perfect 2 minute walk away. But out of it enough that it’s peaceful.
Nothing, would of been nice to have had a kettle in the room but that certainly wouldn’t of deserved a down grade on points.
There was a basket of things you might need & snacks which I thought was a really lovely idea.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It was our second time back. The location is amazing, the rooms are modern and fresh. The staff is wonderful and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

location was close to port and airport so very convenient if you need to access these easily and staying for just a night or two.
the breakfast was very nice and the bed was very comfortable
the bathrooms were very small and the lighting was like being in a club. not to our taste but some people might love it. generally a bit too dark in the rooms.
