The resort is so clean, staff are wonderful, food was great, polls were good, price was affordable I enjoyed my trip

I visited Sharm el Shekah like 4 times, and this is one of the best hotels, it’s clean, staff so kind and nice, the food is amazing and super wow, all in all it’s really recommend

The hotel was perfect from the moment we stepped in until our final moments. Friendly staff, everyone so organised and know exactly what to do. Complimentary fruits and chocolates on arrival, staff checking in on us a few days later making sure we are ok and if there was anything we needed. We had a few issues with a funny smell from the air con. That was fixed immediately. Also some internet issues which was also addressed immediately. So many places to lounge around wether pools or beach, or you just want some quiet space. Food in abundance you will never be hungry. Entertainment every night. First time visiting Egypt. Fantastic impression provided by the hotel and its team. Well done

My only issue and recommendation would be, to not allow the massage people trying to sell massages 7 times a day and the beauty lady bothering you about pedicures/ facials etc also like 3 times a day when you are relaxing with your family around the pool and beach. They invade in your privacy, do not seem to understand people are being polite to them and that you are not interested. They also are looking to charge you double compared to the uk. These people made us feel very uncomfortable.

5th time to go .. isa again and again.. Best value .. newly this year they prepare new sandy beautiful beach all over.. clear waveles water plus amazing snorkeling spot .. The only real private villa allover Egypt with complete real isolation .. nobody can see u in your pool or garden.. excellent design ... food is better at weekends ....

Best hotel ever starting from reception Mr Eid and his team special thanks to mr.safi sales director and mr.tamer front office manager hotel is very big and have slot of facilities (swimming pools-food court )all staff are smiling and offering help special thank to Zizo Photografer very polite and best customer service.barmen are polite and helpful specially lobby bar and bar which above beach bar .special thank to guest relation from Kazakstan. Special thank to mr.Walid FB manager for arranging best birthday day with his team .

Everything about the hotel is outstanding. This is a true five star hotel not like others they have five stars but actually they are not. The pools are great and very clean. There are pools for family, pools for kids and pool for adults only. The food has many varieties and delicious. The beach facilities and services you can have are perfect. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Mr. Mohammed Sharief , the manager , is a great support. Overall, Sultan Garden worth the money and provides pleasunt times.

Awsome Food. Stunnig Beach. I liked the heated pools. Animation team are fantastic. Show varities on the pool and the theater. Staff are very helpful always help us to carry the baby stroller at the long stairs 🙂 Bus in the hotel is very useful specially at night.

This resort has everything you need. Came here to celebrate mother’s delayed birthday and we were so very pleased. I think the most we enjoyed how lovely and accomodating and friendly every member of staff was from door to beach - especially would like to say thanks to reception desk team for a warm welcome and Mohamed from the main buffet restaurant who was just absolutely brilliant from day 1 - he would remember your favorite table, your favorite drink and bring to you without you even having to ask. And the food - it had soooo much variety and I literally wanted to try everything but I couldn’t fit it all in me - same with every meal! Everything was delicious so very big thanks to all the chefs. The room was spacious and very clean and we had a such a lovely room overlooking the sea which was too dreamy and I can’t be grateful enough and also special thanks to Mohamed who was cleaning our room and nothing seemed like a too much of an ask from him. The grounds have a lovely transportation on site called Taftaf to take you around the premises in case it’s too hot or you been having a long day it’s such a lovely breezy ride. The drivers are always so lovely and smiley too! There are also several pools and plenty of entertainment from the onsite team so you definitely won’t get bored. Plenty activities even for the kids. The team is also super friendly and their energy is contagious! The beachside was also great and plenty space - could do snorkelling and watch beautiful underworld. There is also amazing team who do all sorts of activities - morning stretching, step aerobics and the list goes on.

The only 2 minus points would be weak or non-existent (at times) wifi in the room. And early morning they had someone walking by and spraying something on the plants with a very loud machinery which woke us up every very early morning (5am or so) and I am very light sleeper so it was impossible for me to fall asleep after that.

Literally everything in this hotel is perfect. Staff is super friendly, polite and helpful. Facilities are great! Gardens around the hotel are immaculate and beautifully maintained. Food is top class and there are always so many options to chose that from that its difficult to decide what to eat. Pools are very clean, lifeguards are very helpful and keep en eye on everyone making sure all guests are safe in water. Hotel's beach is great, not only plenty of sun loungers, but also great access to water. Reef opposite hotel is awesome - you can snorkel all day long without having to pay for a boat excursion. Sultan Gardens has the best beach from all nearby hotels- I know, as I was staying previously in one of the them.

I liked everything and I don't want to criticise the hotel because my stay was PERFECT. But I want to make a little suggestion. During meal times, some guests filled their plates to the brim and then leave them unfinished. This causes a lot of food being wasted. This is not OK. Maybe the hotel should encourage their guests to take smaller portions and to top up their plates when they want more. We can't forget that over 30 million people in Africa suffers from hunger!

The staff are very nice and special thanks to Abdelbaset from the housekeeping for checking up on me on daily basis to make sure that I don’t need anything. It was such a pleasant stay and the Jacuzzi was my fav thing ❤️ The food was soooo delicious, but it does require a bit more variety to it.

Beautiful resort right on the sea on Sharks bay. The snorkeling was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful and perfectly kept. the staff are warm and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful and kind.

Check in was unfriendly, we booked a suite in order to have a kitchenette, however there are no kitchen facilities in the kitchenette, just a kettle and a sink. Not even a fridge , just a mini bar.
