Great location close to Etosha. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the meals were amazing!

The accommodation section's external ficade needs a bit of TLC, but renovations were happening while we were there, so they'll probably get around to it. The signage needs improving and location pin on Booking.com corrected. We really struggled finding the lodge.

The first impression when we arrived was that there is a big difference between the luxury pictures shown on the internet and the reality. Even though the price/quality is okay, from the impression we expectetd from the photos we were slightly disappointed with the lodge. The super friendliness and hospitality of the staff and especially Alex, Helena and Secilia made our stay very good. The Game drive with Levi was excellent.

Strong recommendation for the owner: - fix the sun loungers; they are old en certainly not the luxury wooden sunbeds as shown in the pictures - fix the umbrellas; NONE were functionuing, all damaged and broken and by the way, the ones shown on the pictures are not the ones who are at the pool side in reality as well - the bath towels at the pool were old and warn out - paint the main building - the tabeles and seats in the oictures are luxury wooden style, the reality: cheap platic furniture

Sehr schöne Anlage, geräumige Zimmer, großes bequemes Bett, schöner Pool mit einem Wasserloch direkt davor - zahlreiche Tiere kommen vorbei!! Gratis Foot Spa :) Levi, unser Game Drive Guide, war grandios - sehr fachkundig und lustig, hat uns entspannt ohne Stress durch Etosha geführt. 20 min vom Etosha Gate entfernt.

Personal eher unmotiviert, Essen war mäßig, Zimmer haben wenig Wohlfühlfaktor, es wird extrem viel gegossen und Wasser verschwendet, dafür dass man sparsam mit der Ressource umgehen sollte...

The staff were friendly, and we especially appreciated the warm reception upon arrival. The outdoor common areas are also very pleasant, with a nice pool, lounge area and comfortable spaces to relax.

Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet our expectations considering the price. The furnishings were quite basic, with no minibar or refrigerator, and several elements felt noticeably outdated. The taps and shower clearly need renovation or replacement, while the curtains and air-conditioning unit appeared old and dated. We were also disappointed with the food and beverage offering in some respects. The cocktails were pre-made and served frozen rather than freshly prepared, and wine ordered by the glass was served too warm. Another point that concerned us was the way the tortoises were kept. They appeared to be confined to a relatively small grass area without much natural structure such as rocks, plants or other environmental enrichment. This gave us the impression that the enclosure could be improved.
